Hello!
I feel this functionality might not be available without OnZoom. But that is not an option for me (in the UK) or the charity I'm trying to help (in the US, but with an international audience). It's also overkill, as we don't want to share meetings in a directory or have them searchable.
That said, all they want is to be able to provide a single link to a page in zoom that lists all their meetings currently available for registration. This would simplify their processes dramatically, in terms of sharing links from the website. I think their account is just a Pro account, as only one person hosts all the meetings.
Is this possible?
Thank you

This is via my laptop. I've logged out and logged back in to Zoom multiple times. I've scheduled a half dozen different Zoom meetings - by simply clicking the icon - via my gmail calendar. Every time it states that I "need to wait for my host" to start the meeting.

I have a Windows laptop set up to run with its lid closed, using external monitors and an external keyboard. It works just fine with all my other software.
Now, I'm running Zoom on this laptop (desktop client, Version: 5.15.6 (19959)), using an external webcam.
That also works fine... but ONLY if the laptop has its lid open.
If the lid is closed, however, Zoom behaves very strangely. I can still see my face, coming through the external webcam. My colleague on the call can still see and hear me. But if I click on Zoom (for instance, to mute my mic, or share my screen, or simply drag the window out of the way), it takes several seconds, sometimes longer, to respond--if it even responds at all.
I've closed Zoom and restarted, and updated my drivers, and rebooted the system. No change.
(The only thing I can think of is that the built-in webcam on the laptop is only active when the lid is open. But since I have the external webcam selected in Zoom, I don't know why that would make a difference.)

I have to host a virtual funeral. The audience can hear me talk but they can not hear the music. I followed the instructions on how to share the sound but the selections suggested is not an option on my settings. Any suggestions?
I have plan pro and I am the host. Everything is fine but my participant was kept kicking out after I shared a video or opened a tab. This problem has happened since Jun and I don't know how to solve it. 😞
We had a meeting where people had to register beforehand. Those that registered, when they clicked the link to join, were sent to the registration page again but with a blue button underneath their information that said 'Join Meeting' Why did this happen? thank you

Hello, is there a way to know which co-host locked a past meeting? Maybe a log or something?
Is anyone else having issues with needing to re-register for Zoom meetings that you've already registered for? After I register and a meeting is put into my calendar, I haven't been able to click on the Zoom link within the invite...I need to figure out some other way to log in. It will say I haven't registered yet. This has happened on 4 devices now (2 different Microsoft devices, Chromebook, Phone).
