I'm using the Zoom desktop client for Mac and every time I start or join a meeting, a get a Microsoft Teams pop-up that I have to navigate around to get to the Zoom meeting. I thought if I deleted the Teams app from my machine that this would stop happening, but it remains. Anyone having this issue? Know how I can get rid of it?

I wish to schedule a 'family' Zoom meeting, with 8 participants, but it will last longer than the 40 minutes allowed by the basic membership.
In selecting the number of 'Users' in the Zoom One Pro package, must I enter 8 when selecting the number of users? Or, do I only select 1 for myself as the admin for the meeting? (All other participants are Basic Zoom members.)
Thank you for your guidance!

I have a HP Laptop, previously had Toshiba and zoom was not an issue. However when using zoom on this laptop, even though I plug in headphones, zoom does not appear to recognise (only shows realtek speaker with them plugged in) and sound still comes from the laptop. Headphones work in teams and all other applications except zoom. Uninstalled and reinstalled yesterday in case it was a version issue, but makes no difference!! Any suggestions?

I am looking to find information about a call I took part in 3 days ago (members in the call, duration, etc.). There is no evidence in my "previous meetings" section of the app that the call even took place. Is there any way I can retrieve the call log? Thank you for your help, CT

On September 29, after I downloaded and installed Version 5.16.2 onto my Windows 10 system, the Zoom client starts, and then quickly and silently ends. It shows up for just 1 second in Windows Task Manager. I uninstalled it, rebooted, and installed from an earlier version (September 9), and it works fine. Windows Task Manager shows very-high level of disk-drive activity (7200 RPM disk-drive), but that does not affect the usability of Zoom. Ideas about what's wrong with the latest version?

Here is what I am told.... This person's associated email with her zoom account is a hotmail.com account, in case that is relevant. When she creates a new meeting and adds/invites people, some of those people do not get the invite, and it would seem that the people that do not get the invites , their domains are hosted on Microsoft. So in other words, she creates a meeting sends an invite to *********** and *********** and ***********, but person-3's email is hosted on Microsoft servers, person -1 and person-2 receive the invites but person-3 does not. Person-3 checks their spam and junk folders and nothing is in there, even hours later. I log into their MS portal office account and check their email logs and I do not see any incoming or rejected emails from zoom.us or any zoom related domain name. And she does not receive any bounces or indications that the email was never sent or delivered on her zoom account. I read that zoom could be blocking the hosted domain, but when i try to contact support it says i do not have a paid account and cannot request support. Thanks to all and have a great day!
Any ideas or suggestions on what to check next?

I'm not sure if I'm putting this in the correct forum. When I opened Zoom it initiated an update. During this process a Windows 11 dialogue box popped up asking if I would permit the app to make changes to windows and I was rushing a bit to join a meeting and clicked no instead of yes in error. Well I closed the app and tried opening it again and it's not initiating another update, so apparently it thinks its up to date but whatever it had to change (registry? Files? I have no idea) would not have been done. Zoom seems to be working but is this going to create a problem later on, like next time it tries to update or are there parts of the app that might crash or misbehave? Will the next update fix it? Is there a way to roll back and update again or force the update to repeat?

I am the host of a recurring meeting with folks who are not on my account. I have another business commitment that will take me away from one of those recurrences. How can I delegate one of the participants to act as host in my absence for this meeting only other than by deleting the meeting and having him create a new one of this occurrence in his own Zoom account?

Hi, I'm not able to access Gallery View whereas previously I could. It's not an option in the video icon and it's greyed out in the drop down menu. I'm using a 2023 Mac Book pro. Also, would it make a difference if its a Zoom meeting vs Webinar? Thanks
