I need to share my recent experience for the sake of preventing other zoom users from experiencing the same.

A few days ago I set off to visit a different European Country to the one I live in and decided to take my iPad with me so I can run my zoom class from wherever I was going to be. Little did I know of what was awaiting me !

When I opened the zoom app on my ipad the system sensed a new country and wouldn't let me in unless I allowed access from my "other device". My other device of course being a few thousand miles away was not accessible and neither was my "other" email as this is a little used email that I used to create my second zoom account and was not programmed to receive emails in my mobile phone. In other words, I was unable to use zoom for the sake of (unnessecary) security. Mad, isn't it? Until some Chinese competitor senses the absurdity of excess security and steps in to make life simpler for all beware .... your next planned meeting may not take place !!!

I have subscription, monthly payments are being transferred from my PayPal account each month. EVERY SINGLE MONTH THERE IS HALF A DAY WHERE MY ACCOUNT IS NOT PREMIUM ACCOUNT! IF I SUBSCRIBED TO YOU TO AVOID NOT BEING PREMIUM ALL THE TIME, WHAT IS THE POINT OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?!!??? Every single time when I need to renew my subscription plan, you put me back to my normal account and my clients have problems entering my meeting!!! What is wrong with you people? What is wrong with your company? IF I WANT MY PREMIUM ACCOUNT TO BE PREMIUM ALL THE TIME, I NEED TO PAY SUBSCRIPTION, SO IF I PAY SUBSCRIPTION TO YOU TO KEEP MY ACCOUNT PREMIUM ALL THE TIME, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? I HAVE 1 WHOLE DAY NON-PREMIUM ACCOUNT WHERE I NEED TO WAIT FOR SUBSCRIPTION TO BE RENEWED BUT I ALREADY HAVE MONEY WAITING FOR YOU!! JUST TAKE THE MONEY AND GIVE ME MY PREMIUM ACCOUNT ALL THE TIME! Next time, I will talk to my lawyer so maybe he will contact you. THIS IS WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A SUBSCRIPTION, SO I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL GO BACK BEING REGULAR ACCOUNT. Right now, it's 2nd of October and guess what? My account is regular now, waiting for you to give me PREMIUM THAT I SUBSCRIBED FOR! What is wrong with you people? What is wrong with your management. GIVE ME MY PREMIUM ACCOUNT NOW, HOW SIMPLE IT IS? TAKE THE MONEY BEFORE MY ACCOUNT GETS REGULAR AND GIVE ME PREMIUM THAT I PAID FOR!!!! 

I have received invitations to Zoom meetings via both email and texts. How can I easily add the meeting link to my calendar on my Google calendar? Lots of info about how to do this if I were *creating* the meeting, but have I missed a way to add a link to a meeting to which I've been invited? The emails do not have an option to "add to calendar."

I see that this was in the June 5 update, that Zoom automatically added certain "enhancements" to raised hands. One is a notification which pops up which tells how many hands are raised. Is there any way to disable this "feature"? I find it gets in the way.
Another is a notification that it will automatically lower your hand, and gives a countdown. This can be a useful feature, but it pops up directly over my Lower Hand button, so that I have to manually close it to lower my hand myself. This delays the lowering of my hand.

Does anyone know how to get rid of these popups? or to move them out of the way?

Is it possible to schedule a recurring meeting & simply have the person's name appear once with "use at any time" option as in the past? Recently I set a new recurring meeting & EverySingleDate shows up. Very inconvenient scrolling through to find long-standing meetings which only occur once. TIA
