Hi - Thanks for any help. 1) Twice this week, recordings I marked "Save to Computer" were not saved. This has never happened before. I don't think I did anything differently. Any ideas? Regards, Susanne
2) Of course, I sought Tech Support and none exists for my Pro account - just a chat bot that is useless. I tried to find out how much more I would need to pay to even access Live Chat and could not figure it out at Plans & Pricing.

I recently hosted a meeting which was intended to be only partially interactive — it was largely a lecture by the speaker, so no need for participants to have video or audio. We wanted questions via chat rather than speaking up. Setting up no video was easy, if I recall correctly, it was an option when I created the meeting. However, as the meeting was about to start, I realize the mikes of all the participants were on. I started manually turning them off but then realized there was an option to “mute all” which I clicked on. Unfortunately, it was literally correct, and turned off the mike of the host and cohost. I suppose I can imagine a situation where it would literally make sense to turn off everyone’s mike, but I suggest that the more common scenario is that you want the mikes live for the host and cohost and not for the other participants. May I suggest adding an option in addition to “mute all” which would allow you to “mute all except host and cohost” This seems so obvious it’s possible there is such an option and I missed it. If that’s the case I would appreciate someone telling me what I should have done instead, but if not, I suggest it would make a good feature.

I have "Always show captions" enabled because I have some auditory processing issues. However, every time I join a meeting, the annoying "A participant has enabled closed captioning" notice floats at the top of my screen and stays there until I close it. Is there any way to disable this notification? I know a participant has enabled closed captioning, it's me. I really don't need to be informed of this every single time. If there isn't a setting for this, can we get one please? Or even make it a sub-setting under "Always show captions", like "Hide caption notification". If someone has "Always show captions" enabled, it seems really pointless to tell them it's been enabled every single time; I'd think the only time we'd want a notification would usually be if captions couldn't be enabled for some reason.

I can't seem to find how when create a recurring live meeting to set up so the user can select which of the sessions they want to attend instead of having the link to all of the sessions. Or should I setup each session individually?
My Mac OS will not upgrade beyond 10.15.7 because my desktop is a 2013 model. The new Zoom program seems to need a newer OS. How can I use Zoom now?
Hello, I have just bought and use the MV88+ external mic with my iPhone. The others can hear me clear and well. but I can't hear anyone. I can't find any option on the meeting room setting or on my audio setting (mic / speaker) during the meeting that fix that. I have checked that with two different iphones. iPhone ES 2022 and iPhone XS, both have iOS 17. Any guidance will be appreciated.

Hi, I'd like to know if it's possible, since zoom is very popular nowadays and almost everybody has zoom, so I need to now if it's possible to open zoom to chat with a zoom-registerd user from a another web application ( developed in .Net for example).
Thanks

Hello quite some time my meeting duration takes more time than planed and I´m searching a way to pause the meeting for a 15min. coffee bracke. I know that there is the option on security where you can "stop" the meeting to report something to zoom but I search a way where I do not have to block the whole session and enable all features back again...

I have been using zoom for 2 years teaching my music classes online and have not had any problems at all. Recently when I get set up for a meeting I get everything set with my external audio mixer and my 2nd camera that I use to shine on my hands as I teach and everything is fine. Then without warning zoom changes my 2nd camera to my first camera (the one on my computer) and also changes the mirror setting. This is VERY annoying. I have been very happy with zoom but zoom support has not helped much at all. I updated zoom and my MacBook Pro but this is still happening. Is anyone else having these kinds of problems? How have you dealt with them?
