I would be very grateful to get some advice on the following: We have receive a sudden message: " We've detected an issue with user , associated with your Zoom account, that violates the or section 3(d) of Zoom's Terms of Service . For this reason, this user has been suspended." The message offers us an option to appeal, which we immediately did, also asking for clarification, as we don't actually know what went wrong. It happened 24 hours ago, and no answer so far. This is a critical problem for us. I would appreciate any advice on what is the best (fast and effective) way to at least understand the nature of the problem, and hopefully solve it. We sent an appeal form and sent a service request, but no response so far. Thank you!

We have an Amazon Fire TV 65" Omni Series 4K UHD smart TV with built-in Zoom. We use a Logitech C920 Hd Pro Webcam, which is recommended by Amazon. We have found that the problem goes away if we mute when the people in the break-out room are speaking, and they mute when I speak. We are looking for a more ideal fix. The tv works great when you are doing a normal Zoom meeting, even with multiple attendees. However, there is an audio problem when we use the break-out room function in Zoom. To be clear, there are no audio problems on our side; the problems are experienced by the people in a break-out room. That is, the people in the break-out room complain of two different things:

Hi, I set automatic update for Zoom in IT stock I manage by using AU2_EnableAutoUpdate policy with MSI install. Half of computers do not update to the version they should even though the automatic update setting is on. Is there not any option to force them to get the update as soon as it is promoted by Zoom ? Do users need to log in for the Zoom client to update ? Thanks

Dear all, i found a description how to record the video of the host only, but there are no options to follow. it says that i can only change it before recording and after starting a zoom meeting, and then going to participants and then participant settings. i don't see the settings. i have basic as well as professional account. how can i make the setting in the german account if it differs from other countries? my decoration that does not work is the following in german: Um sicherzustellen, dass in der Aufzeichnung nur der Host und keine anderen Teilnehmer zu sehen sind, kannst du die "Nur den Host aufnehmen" -Einstellung in Zoom aktivieren. Hier ist, wie du das machst: 1. Starte eine Zoom-Sitzung als Host.2. Klicke auf das Symbol "Teilnehmer" in der Zoom-Steuerleiste.3. In der Teilnehmerliste, klicke auf "Teilnehmer verwalten".4. In dem Fenster, das sich öffnet, gehe zu "Erweiterte Optionen" und stelle sicher, dass die Option "Nur den Host aufnehmen" aktiviert ist.5. Jetzt wird die Aufzeichnung deiner Zoom-Sitzung nur das Video des Hosts enthalten, und die Videos der anderen Teilnehmer werden nicht aufgezeichnet. Bitte beachte, dass diese Einstellung vor Beginn der Aufzeichnung aktiviert werden muss, da sie sich nicht nachträglich ändern lässt. Sobald die Aufzeichnung gestartet ist, werden nur der Host und keine anderen Teilnehmer aufgezeichnet.
