I'm running into issues with Alternative Hosts for Generated IDs for Google Calendar I have older team members I work with who keep getting emails that they're an alternative host when it says otherwise in the Zoom Settings.
I cannot remove them or add my current team members for Generated IDs. Is anyone else running into this issue?
I reached out to Support and they only fixed it for one meeting. I'd like to

Hi all, hope everyone well... 🙏🏻 I've got a fairly (for me) complex Zoom setup, so am trying to keep all the background programs on 1 big monitor, and hoping to see just my 'Zoom Output' on a 2nd, smaller monitor. This works great when I'm in OBS/Virtual Camera mode but, when I switch to 'Screen Sharing' I just get a tiny screen (the one with a green border) to monitor all the visuals I'm sharing, (from the big monitor). It would suit me to have the 'side-by-side' split-screen look, (with my Shared Content on one side, and cam/participant feeds on the other). But yes, basically I'd love to have that Shared Content *much* bigger * I've tried lots of permutations, switching options in Settings > Share Screen, plus the various 'window options' which show when I'm *about to* 'Share Screen' (ie. green button), but to no avail. Please can someone let me know if what I'm trying to do is possible, (with the system below) and if so how? Nb. I'll be upgrading to the subscription version of Zoom at some point so, if that's what's necessary now, please let me know... Many thanks in advance All best, Bob K 👇👇 MacBook Air Silicon M1 / Ventura 13.6.4 / Zoom (Free) - Version: 5.17.11 (31580)

Hi zoom community, Since few months ago whenever I try to join zoom meeting invitations or interview invitations I don't see myself on the screen. I click the video on ("Easy Camera"), but most of the times I can't see myself on the screen and the other party can't see me (it's just black with my name). Sometimes I can see myself and the other party can also see myself, but my face looks pudgy and elongated sideways and the proportion is weird. The color of the screen is greenish too (weird), and the focus is not right because even if I sit by placing the laptop right in front of me in the center, on the screen my face is placed in the edge of the screen and I can onlly see half of my face. I tried my laptop webcam by itself outside zoom and it works normally. Does anyone know how to fix my zoom camera problem?

There is regularly intrusion with a thumb going down during a meeting. Seems random when it occurs. Started a few days ago. How do I get rid of it?
I want to set up a template. How do I do it?

Thanks
In a hybrid meeting with my Macbook with a wireless speaker connected via bluetooth, a external microphone connected via USB, and the correct settings for video and audio set on Zoom, everything works fine. When I connect to a tv with a HDMI cable from my Mac the video shows on the tv but I lose the audio from participants in the meeting.

Hosting a Town Hall for for about 200 participants; my account can accommodate up to 400. Are there any special instructions for setting up the Zoom or do I schedule it as I would any other Zoom?
I have an MP4 file that I see fine, but other ZOOM viewers only see grey screen and don't hear audio.
Any suggestions? Mac M1 Sonoma 14.1 Plays in QuicktTme Player
This is a new problem. When I shared a document, the shared window on my computer is minimized. There is no change in window size when I try to select any of the window size options under settings (fullscreen mode, maximize window, maintain current size). Participants report that the shared screen appears to be the normal size for them. The shared screen on my desktop is the size of minimized gallery participant pictures. I've tried rebooting my computer as well as removing the Zoom program and downloading again. The problem persists. Thanks!

Zoom meetings on Windows is vulnerable to the 3 CVEs listed: CVE-2023-5678 CVE-2023-6237 CVE-2024-0727 due to not upgrading to 3.1.5 of OpenSSL. It's been at least 4 months since some of them were disclosed if not longer. Should we be planning to treat the desktop client as abandon ware? Are we simply paying $20+ a user a month for no reason? Was there an announcement that I missed that this was EOL software? I could understand if this was a free product but the lack of any action on this is highly concerning. What could be more important than the security of your own platform and the data and trust of your paying customers? What could be taking a higher priority? Has the man or woman that will finally resolve this issue not been hired by Zoom yet and they're in a hiring freeze we're not aware of? Are the hundreds of millions in revenue not enough to staff appropriately and have development resources allocated to security vulnerabilities? Will they be writing us a check for the damages if their software leads to a breach or data disclosure due it's vulnerabilities? Will they offer us the option to terminate our contract with no penalty? Why must we keep paying if they're not interested in maintaining their platform? Why is it easier to get better service at your local fast food drive through than from the vendor you're paying tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars each year in licensing fees? CVEs
