Customise order of taskbar

I’m finding that there are lots of options on the task bar that I don’t need in meetings and events. Is there a way to edit or reorder? 
typical settings would be participants, chat, polls, breakouts 

The most used and useful always seem to be past the three dots

I am also having this problem, and submitted a ticket with Zoom to ask about it. They closed my ticket saying it was solved without providing any support. I find the inability to re-order the meeting bar to be very inaccessible, as someone who is attending meetings with people who are disabled or not quite as computer savvy. Having the "RECORD" option directly under "REACTIONS" as had a lot of folks accidentally hitting it. How come I have to seek out reactions when that is the only option we use during the meetings?

This is exactly what I came here to ask. I'd love to be able to drag and drop items in the menu bar, the same way I can with the Windows task bar. That way, my most used tools can be right in front of me.

Me too! I need to use Breakout Rooms constantly and it's a real pain having to search for it each time.
