When screen sharing a presentation (PowerPoint) from an iPad, I can’t remove the video thumbnail in the corner; has anyone had any success in removing this from the screen when sharing. I think it has to do with the PowerPoint slide share settings and zoom settings, but it’s rather frustrating.

How do I play soft music in the background and talk at the same time on Zoom?

It's for guided visualisation with clients

When I click on "share screen" and "share sound" in basic mode the mp3 music plays but my voice is muffled.
If I go to the advanced tab and select "computer audio" it won't let me check the box in the bottom left "share sound" at the same time.

How do I get round this?

Hallo, wir haben Probleme mit der aktuellen Andoid-App fürs Zoom-Meeting. (Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 32GB WiFi) In der Galerieansicht lässt sich bei uns das Video-Bildformat der Teilnehmer nicht mehr auf das originale Größenverhältnis (Rechteck) einstellen, es gibt nur noch Quadrate (Bild beschnitten). Das möchten wir nicht. Wenn 2 Personen vor der Kamera sitzen, sieht man nur noch den Zwischenraum, das ist schlecht. Wie kann ich wieder Rechteckige Bilder in der Galerieansicht einstellen, wie sie in der Vorschau des Google-Playstore zu sehen sind? Im 1. Halbjahr 2023 war die Android-App noch identisch mit iOS und Windows.

Approximately 2 weeks ago, all of our Zoom meetings are showing a lag of the video to spoken audio.  We can hear the person speak and about 2 to 3 seconds later you see their lips move.

This is across the board, not dependent upon desktop app, OS of the user, Zoom Room etc..  Everyone is seeing this regardless, and it's constant.   

Has anyone else experienced this too?   We've been using Zoom for more than 5 years, have a corporate account and many Zoom Rooms, so why all of a sudden is everyone impacted?

Im Zoom Meeting steht mir als Host die Chat Funktion zur Verfügung, meinen Teilnehmern dagegen nicht. 

Daher überprüfte ich die Kontoeinstellung (In Meeting/Meetingchat), in denen die Chat Funktion aktiviert war. 

Trotzdem taucht bei den Teilnehmern der Chat Button im Meeting nicht auf.

Was kann ich hier tun?

I'm a member of a voluntary society (Essex Rock and Mineral Society).  We have a Zoom Pro account usually administered by one of our members.  He will be away on holiday for our next Zoom meeting which includes members and an external speaker.  I therefore need to be able to schedule the meeting, act as Host with rights at least to Record, Mute, enable screen sharing by the speaker etc.

Can this be set up within our existing licence, eg by assigning me a licence?  If so how is this done?  

If it can't be done do we need to purchase another licence?

Hi Zoom Community,

I've created a new profile in Windows, manually removed Zoom, reinstalled it. I also re-installed the Dell Drivers using Dell Command Update. Microsoft Teams works flawlessly when the user plugs in their 3.5 mm earbuds but Zoom cannot detect it. Zoom can detect the default laptop speaker and mic but stops working as soon as the earbuds are plugged in.

Has anyone seen this issue? I find it very odd that MS Teams, Google Hangouts and all other apps don't have any issues. Only Zoom.

I'm not looking for workarounds that will interfere with MS Teams and other audio apps such as disabling Realtek drivers and devices in Device Manager. User doesn't have admin access and this is not a long term solution.
