How does a Zoom Host access the "recorded name" provided by a phone caller when they connect?
I have been using zoom as a user (vs. an admin) from my laptop with no issues (my email is my user-id). I just downloaded the app on my iPhone and tried to logon to it. The app sends an email with a verification code to my email (which is teh same as my user-id) but I never receive an email with the code. And yes I checked my spam folder as well. Any suggestions as what I should do next will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

During a meeting, zoom (web browser) keeps cutting the audio and prompting that it does not have access to the microphone. I tried to check in the zoom settings, and the microphone selection is defaulted to "Same as system", and there is no option to disable the microphone. Thank you.
I tune in to meeting on various computers (PCs) that do not have microphones. It only makes sense that zoom does not have access to the microphone, but it is absolutely infuriating that every few seconds the audio gets cut to prompt that the browser does not have access to the microphone.
How does one disable the prompt?

Hello there, my image is showing in a whole green tint. I've tried to run it in other platforms and apps and the image of my camera is perfectly fine. It' has to be something with Zoom specifically. I uninstalled zoom completely updated it, removed the acceleration hardware in video settings advanced, reinstalled the last zoom version and my camera is still in green color. I'm on Sonoma 14.2 (intel based). Please help! EDIT: Finally the problem was solved. Had to buy another Mac, but I solved it. If you are running an old mac with Open Legacy Patcher, don't expect Zoom to work properly. Thank you

A large number of participants received the registration confirmation with the date and time of Kyiv and we're in California! Why did this occur and how can I be sure it doesn't happen in the future? TIA
I am trying to record my meetings (as a host). However, zoom does not even display the button on my screen to do it. I have tried everything, as well as making sure that recording is enable, but still don't have anything showing up. I'm doing with my chrome computer and have the free version

I use Zoom to record lectures. It it inconvenient that the "Record," "Pause," "Stop Recording" buttons are not in the Control bar, but are instead in the drop-down menu. I often need to pause my recording quickly because, for example, my dog starts barking. It cannot be done quickly when they are in the drop-down menu rather than as obvious easily-accessible icons on the control bar. Thank you.
Is there a way users can determine what is on the control bar rather than only the default options?

Has anyone figured out what this means yet? i've changed my settings a few different ways and don't seem to notice a difference. I do have Calendar and Contacts Integration turned on so is this setting redundant?
The average age of our user community is well over 65. Almost none are technical. Almost all are change adverse. Many members still have trouble making Zoom work after 3 years of using it. It is VERY IMPORTANT that we schedule client upgrades after 4/23. How can I do this? Is there a way to configure our meetings so that Zoom Workplace looks similar to the current UI? Any way to control what buttons are shown to the users (the array of buttons at the bottom of the current UI confuses some users). Thanks, Steve

I somehow cannot seem to save my breakout rooms for my Personal Meeting Room. I have read everything and tried everything. I just want to be able to open my personal zoom room and recreate the breakout rooms every day. HELP
