The pop up window for the settings when creating breakouts is cut off. Thus I cannot access the field where the desired amount of time for the countdown is set (e. g. 10 sec, 20 sec, 60 sec, 120 sec). Please have a look at the screenshot. I am using: Arch Linux Zoom Client 5.16.6

Hi, I have an upcoming event where we are planning to run on Zoom Meetings (we have Zoom Breakout 100 and Zoom Large Meeting 1000 licenses/features activated). We are expecting 500 attendees, and have 2 different styles of breakout room desired by the client: 1) 4 Breakout rooms, participants self select into 1 of the 4 rooms, expecting a maximum of 200 people per room. 2) 90 Breakout rooms, participants are assigned by host, in the meeting, to a room. 5-6 participants per room. We regularly do 2) above without issues. 1) is a new one - and cannot find any information, or able to get a response from Zoom Support on what the maximum number of people who could self-select into a single breakout room would be. Any tips/experience? Thanks in advance.

We have Zoom Rooms, can I setup a Green Room for this? If so, how please?
Hi, I am looking for a solution for my customer which has Cisco video devices registered on Cisco Cloud to join Zoom meetings hosted by partners/customers (non-crc owners). My customer is ok to buy some licences to be able to join Zoom meetings but pairing method is too tedious for VIP users.
I heart about Video Interop for Meetings but not sure that meeting hosts activated this feature and this solution does not have dual screen capability and 1080p.
I would like to know if Virtual Room Connector installed on premise can be a solution: sip://meetingID@MyVRC_IP or if there is a solution with API Connector to use CRC licences as attendee.
Note: The Cisco devices are registered on Cisco Control Hub.
Thank you in advance for your help or ideas...

I've been using Zoom for several years. In the last couple of days, my audio quit working. My speaker is not muted and the volume on my computer is turned up. I can hear the participants and they can see me but they cannot hear me.
I'm trying to learn how to use slides as a virtual background. This document above suggests that I need Zoom 5.2, but this document below suggestions that the highest Zoom version is 5.16. Can anyone help or clarify for me?

I test my microphone and speakers prior to every call. These calls are with people that I have used Zoom or Teams with. I get into a period where they can't hear me, yet the testing works on my side. They test theirs and it works, but we end up using cell phones. Technical Support from Zoom must have been eliminated as I get nothing. Any thoughts on what to do. I hate Teams, but might have to go there.

Hi all! Is there a way to share both audio from my microphone AND my computer audio, when in screen share in Zoom meetings? I use a headset, and need to be able if possible to share my computer audio along with my microphone for training purposes. Please let me know. Thanks! 🙂
