Hi support team, i am on the annual plan webinar with 1000 capacity, and my plan will expire in middle Dec. I have a scheduled webinar 2 days later on Aug 29 and NOW the registration is over 1000  and keeps increasing. I like to upgrade the capacity to 3000 just for this Aug 29 event, and like to know if the 3000-capacity upgrade can be done in time and if it can be purchased just for 1 month. Dear Zoom Support Team,

I am experiencing a recurring issue with video playback during our webinars and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.

Issue Description:

  • In our last 5-6 webinars, we have encountered consistent video playback interruptions.
  • The issue occurs approximately 1 hour and 20-25 minutes into a 2-hour video.
  • The video freezes at this point, although the play button remains in the "playing" state.
  • This problem has occurred consistently in multiple webinars.

Additional Information:

  • When reviewing the video after the webinar, it plays through the problematic section without any issues.
  • I have investigated potential webinar settings that might cause this but have not found any relevant options.

Request: Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? I would appreciate any troubleshooting steps or potential solutions you can offer.

Hi everyone.

I have a payment function on Zoom. Setting my profile picture is never a problem, but: When I join a meeting where I have to register with a link, my profile picture is never displayed. Of course, I can change it by logging in. But can't I do it beforehand? The aim should be that no matter how and where I take part in a meeting, the profile picture should always be visible. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you very much.

We just converted from Zoom Webinar to Zoom Sessions (Event) and are struggling with the Hubspot integration.

A workflow in HS neatly sends registrants straight into zoom from registering on a HS form but the data regarding the Join Link doesn't come back to HS. Thus making it impossible to nicely send out Hubspot emails with the participants Join Link. Has anyone else come across this? And if so, how to fix?

Can you prevent the option of the QR code from appear at all on polling questions? A colleague believes the option to launch a QR code is too distracting and  they want me to remove it from appearing at all. I am not seeing that it is something I can toggle on or off. Your imput is appreciated.

Hey All!

I am looking for some ideas on how I can best arrange my webinar to support panelists who will be on and off camera. I currently have webinar access for up to 500 attendees. In our webinars we have 1-2 additional guest speakers with the host who are on camera for the whole webinar. We also have 2 team members whoa ct as support staff and need to have the panelist access to see and answer the Q&A as it comes in but these support members do not need to be on camera or have their name/photo showing while off camera. 

Iv'e explored this topic on the community and it seems that most suggestions state that panelists off camera will not show for attendees but this was not the case for us. In our most recent live webinar, we had 2 speakers and 2 off-camera support team members that had a generic company logo as their photo. These two support team members icons showed during the entire webinar and appeared on the recording which was distracting for attendees. 

Is there a way to have off-camera support panelists not show on the webinar or recording? What settings are needed for this to occur?

My zoom webinar license expired while I had a webinar set up and had sent the link out to all the attendees. After I renewed my license, the Zoom webinar link changed. Luckily, I noticed that they were not the same link and sent out an email to all attendees. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this something that will occur if my license expires?

It discusses customizing email templates for the entire organization or on an individual user basis. 
What I am looking for is a method to manage email templates for 3 users in a specific group. Is that possible? Can you please point me to the documentation if it exists?

I manage a webinar license and have recently noticed that the invite links - which used to all end in "09" when the passcode was embedded in the link - now end in ".1". Also, the setting to turn on embedded passcodes is only housed in Meetings, not under Webinar settings, so I am just not confident that the link is actually embedded and will work (since we use a separate platform for registration and getting the invite link via embedded button). Anyone else run into this and did you have success with it being embedded?
