Zoom Events Sessions: Sessions with the Same Backstage?
We have come across a vital issue with creating and setting up our zoom events and was wondering if you could shed some light on this and help where possible. We need a multi-Day Conference Template as we would need the functionality of the Lobby, networking, sponsor booths, and exhibitors. We only want 1 backstage area where all of our speakers go instead of one backstage per session. Currently, every time we make a new session, it creates another backstage for the speakers to join. This is not ideal, as we want the joining speakers to hear what the last session is on and lead into. If this is not possible, we would have 1 big session which holds the whole conference on which gives us 1 backstage. However, how do we display an agenda for the attendees to view? Any help appreciated!
