Cannot send 1 day reminder to webinar participants when it is under 24 hours away

I just saw that Zoom did not send out the usual 24 hour reminder message to webinar participants. Somehow the settings got changed or I did not create the webinar from my template. So I have to send it manually. But I also found out that I can't send a message to participants on Zoom. I can't even resend people's confirmation e-mails, well I could, but we have 400 registrants and Zoom makes me wait 60 seconds after sending 11 of them, so it would take an excrutiating half an hour, and even then it would send the wrong message 'you have confirmed' not '24 hour warning'. And I can't download the registrant list before a webinar. So I had to scrape all the names off the registrant list, tidy up the columns, load it into bulk e-mailing software, and send a message to everyone, but even then I had to say, the link to login is not in this message, you should get it from zoom one hour before.  So I feel like Zoom designers are almost going out of their way to  make my life more difficult

We have a huge online event this upcoming Sunday and I had made the webinar link.

But when it clicked, it says 

"Unable to join this webinar. The webinar has expired. (Error Code : 3038)"

But in my reserved webinar list, this webinar room exists.

Does anyone know how to solve this situation?

How to stream to Facebook Event Page or Group page

Last year we were able to stream to a group page and facebook event page.  Now unable...is there something I am missing to turn on?

we're evaluating the tool Zoom Events.

It is mandatory for attendees to log in into a Zoom Account in order to join the Event?

Because, some of my old events recordings are also > 7h but are in only one file video so i do not understand...

Resolved! Recording Q&A

I can't find how to record the Q&A of a webinar. Zoom records the close captions, the chat, audio, video, but does not seem to record the Q&A.

Practice Session

While running a practice session today, my co host clicked the Start Webinar button.  The webinar is not until next week so will the webinar link that was sent to the registrants still work?

Zoom Events seems to be having issues with assigning individuals into breakout rooms. When setting up breakout rooms during the live meeting, we also like to manually assign people to the room they need to be in.  

 

However, we've noticed that there is always a handful of people who do not show up on the list to be assigned and are unable to assign them to a room overall. Trend seems to be that people who join the meeting via the WEB PORTAL can NOT be assigned to a room. 

 

The people who joined the meeting via the web portal still can NOT be assigned even when we set to "automatically assign" attendees into random groups.

 

I know this has been an issue that other users have experienced, but I'm not seeing any posts about it which is very surprising!

 

I hope we can fix this glitch soon as interactive breakout rooms are a major component to all our events!

Hi there! We've been using EventBrite integration with Zoom Webinar since May. We had not been having any real issues, until last week. For our event last week and this week,  when people go to the event page, and select "Join Now", it will default to streaming the Webinar within their browser. Either there will be no picture, or there will be the video with no sound. If they exit and go back to the event page and select "Open in Zoom", then it opens the Zoom application and works. This streaming within the browser seems to be new, as we did not run into this issue previously. We are afraid that we are losing attendees as a result as they just give up. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so, how did you resolve it?
