畫面分享問題

我是主持人，在電腦分享畫面時，如果是分享桌面或是Ｄ槽資料夾等畫面，我的電腦及與會學員（也就是從我自己手機加入會議的）即我的手機上，可以看到這些畫面，但當我在電腦打開doc文字檔案或圖片或pdf檔或是line的畫面分享，我的電腦會議視訊中有這些畫面出面，但在手機上看到的主持人的畫面整個就變成灰黑色的，看不到由電腦中所分享的文字檔或圖片或pdf檔或是line的任何畫面，整個都是灰黑色。 操作這分享畫面時，我都是在錄影當中操作的。但應該在錄影中也不能有這些問題出現，因為將來若上課時，我會用到畫面分享，...
