I have tried 8-10 times to record a video and not have my picture show up in the upper right hand corner. I click hide speaker but it keep appearing on the play back. What am I doing wrong? Kathy
I hosted a webinar on Monday of this week for over 600 people. Two former FDA directors so high profile. ALL of my panelists outside of my organization could NOT log in with the panelist link I sent to them multiple of times. I had to log them in using an alias email associated with their company/gov/edu zoom accounts. What is that? Most did not even know what that is? I don't understand how that could have happened? IF on the the backend I put in an email address why would zoom not let them into the mtg. I have two more webinars in the next two weeks. Please help.

We hosted a dress rehearsal for some webinars we are hosting through Zoom. We are hosting the webinar in a multi-cam studio, our subjects have lapel mics, and all the video and audio feeds are being fed through a Blackmagic Atem Switcher. The video and audio is being sent through to a Mac Studio, which receives it as a camera input. This is coming through to Zoom. Monitoring the audio that is being received in the studio control room, everything sounds great. The audio being received on the attendee devices however, is very muffled and barely distinguishable. We have tried through different devices - mobiles using the app and laptops as well. I just wanted to check to see if there's some basic setting that might need changing or something? I have the background noise suppression set to low, and when I change it to anything else it creates a high pitch ringing/feedback noise. There is a small chance something is affecting the audio before it goes through to Zoom, but I find that unlikely. All help is appreciated - There's just under two weeks until the first webinar session.

We had an issue last week where 3 of our attendees clicked on their personalised link they received in their email upon registering for the session and were taken through as Panelists with their video on? Has anyone experienced any issues with this? The Webinar was set up from a template that we've used MANY times and never had any issues with and then for some reason, 3 different people popped up on camera as Admin with their video on instead of as an Attendee with no video capability? Funnily enough is that the Admin setting was also set to have Video turned off upon joining and only Panelists can have their video's on?

How do you disable speakers from entering the webinar from the backstage? As well as disable them from leaving the webinar into the backstage.
Hi. Can someone confirm that if you have a live stream set up with a custom RTMP and you reach webinar capacity, it will NOT redirect users to the livestream link, even if you have that option enabled? But it will if you use one of the other services (Facebook, YouTube, etc..). This is in reference to the "Remind users to watch the live stream (doesn't apply to custom RTMP)" option. And maybe why that's the case? Thanks

I want to run webinars from 90 minutes to 6 hours on Zoom using Keynote. Is this possible? If so, what's the cheapest plan to do it?
I have an issue with preregistration emails from Zoom Events. The Join and View Event links that are available to be added to the preregistration email are not working. Instead of using the join link for the preregistered attendee, they are pointing generically to https://zoom.us/. I see nothing anywhere in the settings where I can edit this. I also can't find any articles that cover this situation. Thoughts?
