Cloud recording
Hello
I did a test run on a webinar I have scheduled but I do not see the cloud recording.
I also select local recording.
Is it one or the other or is something else going wrong ?
I have disk space available on the cloud.

I am setting up an event with 7 ticket types and each ticket has the same 10 questions. I can not see a way to set up a template ticket. I have scoured the community questions and find that others have had this problem but there seems to be no answers. Sometimes the instructions are go to links/event access and customise questions, then click create. There is no create option. I'm super frustrated by this.

We are hosting a zoom event and want to be able to control the zoom production studio from backstage without joining the webinar ourselves. How can we do this? We are finding we have to start the webinar to set up production studio first which eliminates the waiting room. Help please!

good day
I don't find this answer anywhere.
We have recruiters that want to be notified, via email, when a person signs up for their webinar.
I see it in Parsey but is it not native to Zoom?
I had held a zoom webinar practice session yesterday. One panellist joined and his screen was green. He tried to unplug and plug again but the camera went black and then back to green.
What is the problem in this case?
Hello! After testing we noticed you can forward the sent email (link) to an outside person and they can self-register by accessing the join button and requesting a code. How do I delete this self-registered option? Thanks 🙂
Our work conference is limited to pre-registered participants (by csv upload) who have been forwarded access via an emailed link directly from the Zoom Events platform.

I have Workplace Pro, doesn't expire until April 2025, but when I go to schedule a Webinar, it says I need to upgrade to Zoom Workplace. No other options other than the one I've already paid for. I've got screenshots but obviously can't post them here

I can't register for that event. I live in the UK and there is no state nor province.
Hello, OnZoom has been great for months. Recently some participants told me they could not sign up for my event. When they go to pay for a ticket (drop-in or for the entire series) they get an error message that simply says, "An error was encountered while processing your request." I tried purchasing a ticket using another Zoom account, and I got the same error right at the point of submitting the payment. I've also tried creating special tickets for the participants using discounted and free email-invite tickets. Those don't work either. One participant is registered for the entire series. He registered last month when I originally posted the event at OnZoom. He can log in just fine, but I'm losing drop-in participants. Anyone have similar issues? Any ideas about how to remedy the issues is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

When my attendees try to register for my webinar they keep receiving this message "This webinar is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address."
