There is no practical way to mass register a recurring webinar

  1. Zoom does not allow bulk upload of a CSV file for a recurring meeting/webinar.
  2. There is no utility for administrators/organizers to manually input multiple registrants on a single page.
  3. This forces me to do one registration at a time on the registration page, submit it, reload or re-access the page, and do it again.

But attempts to keep using the registration page triggers more and more difficult CAPTCHA challenges, as the algorithm thinks that I am trying to game the system. It does not matter whether I reload the page, open it in a new tab, or open multiple incognito tabs... Apparently the algorithm looks at repeated accesses coming from the same IP address. By the time I'm on registration number 30 or so, the CAPTCHA is going through four rounds of clicking images, with a slowdown on redrawing images.

This is simply unusable. You have given organizers no practical method to register a group of people for a recurring webinar. There are quite a few posts on this topic, stretching back over years. I have never seen a response from Zoom that offers any hint that you care or see this as something deserving consideration for a product enhancement. You just point out that the knowledge base page says bulk uploads are only allowed for single-occurrence meetings/webinars. We know. So what do we do?

You can use APIs to mass register for a recurring Zoom webinar. You would feed a json structured CSV output into the API call iteratively to register all participants. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you bulk register registrants for Zoom meetings and webinars.
