There seems to be a problem with attendees showing up in the "managed attendees" dashboard. I am aware of registrations and have print screens...need urgent support
Some people are registering for our event tomorrow and most are getting an email that they are registered and then that their webinar registration is canceled. It is happening right after they register. We are not denying registration from other countries. Yesterday we turned off the auto approve, because clearly we can't trust Zoom to approve. HELP - We can't manage the emails and us registering them by hand (which sometimes doesnt even work) Shay in Red Deer, AB

This is first time we are attempting a hybrid webinar. The co-host will present content to those who are inperson by mirroring laptop and then remote to attendees. Would like to use camera for co-host to address both audiences. I have seen something like this similar where the speaker was visible in upper corner with our impeding on content

If I create/set up a webinar, can someone else host it for me in my absence? What about their ability to run the Q & A session? Do they need any special permissions or instructions? There is a 2-day webinar I host that is typically split into two days because of two topics being presented. I also monitor the Q & A for each day associated with the webinar/invites. The idea presented recently was to make it a 1 day format, but I cannot be in two places at the same time. If I created two webinar invites, could I host/monitor one and then assign the other one to be hosted/monitored by another person? We need the webinar format and not meetings. Breakout session would be ideal, but that's only for meetings and not webinar. Also, the issue of needing to monitor both sessions would still be an issue in breakout session. I cannot monitor Q & A for both times/sessions.

Hoping someone might have some answers or help 🙂 I have setup the "Requiring authentication to join a meeting/webinar" within the 'Security' step plus in the individual webinar link, so that the report will include email address of the attendees. But I have pulled the report this morning and the attendee emails haven't been provided???? Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks in advance

I have different 6 events set up, however when you click register - the dates are correct, but the Ticket name is the same for all and incorrect. This will confuse our clients! Does anyone know why this is happening and how to edit it? The photo attached is for our Strength & Conditioning Class but the Ticket name says Pilates. Appreciate any help!

Hello, yesterday I did a webinar applying the new branding options (name tags and screen saver), but when I download the recording they don't appear. Is there a way to get the recording as it was broadcast?
How do you setup Zoom so that the login verification codes get sent before they expire? We host webinars across a number of computers that are installed in meeting rooms and email verification codes take much longer then 10 minutes to arrive.
zoom webinarsで開始前に、パワーポイントのスライドショーを共有で見せて待機画面にしたいのですが、
やってみたら参加者側にパネラーのアイコンが表示されたミニウインドウが表示されます。
スライドショーを共有中は全部のカメラはオフです。
参加者側にアイコンを見せず資料だけを見せる事は可能なのでしょうか。
ZOOM meetingsでは共有を見てる側はミニウインドウは出なかった気がするのと、アイコンや名前を非表示に出来たと思うのですがいかがでしょうか。
