I understand that two people can share their screen simultaneously in a Zoom Meeting. But my question is whether it's possible for 1 person to share the audio, while the second person shares their screen. The situation is that one person needs to be sharing the Spotify music at the start while learners are logging in, but we also need the second person who will actually be presenting to be able to have their slides showing - specifically the welcome slide also while people are joining. Is this possible? Thank you!

I run public webinars that require registration. I have accidently created both a meeting link and a webinar link which both have several registrants already. Is it possible to merge a meeting into a webinar so that registrants don't need to sign up ... Show more

I run public webinars that require registration. I have accidently created both a meeting link and a webinar link which both have several registrants already. Is it possible to merge a meeting into a webinar so that registrants don't need to sign up again? Or do I need to send an email to all the meeting registrants and ask them to sign up for the correct link, under the webinar. Help!

I'd like to have a webinar which starts as a standard webinar, but after the panelists' presentations allows ALL attendees to un-mute their audio AND video for the discussion.

 

Currently I set up two events, a webinar and meeting. Everyone has to leave the webinar and joint the meeting for discussion. It's a huge pain and we always loose a bunch of people.

I don't want to use chat or Q&A. I suppose a "promote all attendees to panelists" function would work. Typically, we have 20-50 attendees.

Attendee not showing up in the attendee panel

We held a webinar last night where almost all of the attendees appeared in the attendee panel of the webinar but an important person did not. This person used the correct link and could watch and hear the webinar but I was unable to move them to pane... Show more

We held a webinar last night where almost all of the attendees appeared in the attendee panel of the webinar but an important person did not.  This person used the correct link and could watch and hear the webinar but I was unable to move them to panelist status when we needed to because they didn't show up in the attendee panel.

 

Any ideas of what would have caused this to happen?

In the Registration Settings, I set up a required custom question as a single answer drop down.

 

Let's say, I'm asking for registrants to select Dept within a list of Dept1, Dept2, Dept3, Dept4 during the registration process.  

 

Is there a way for me to pass in a "Default" Dept value via the Webinar Registration Link.   For example, if I'm inviting everyone in my email list that works in Dept2, I want to send them the URL link such that when they click on it, "Dept2" is already selected or populated but could still be changed if they needed to change it.

 

I was thinking I could pass in the value of Dept Variable, but can't seem to figure out how to do it.    Thanks in Advance.

Error message when opening link for zoom call recording sent in email

Hi, sent a email with a link for a previously recorded zoom call . When I attempt to open it I receive a message "because of its privacy setting this video cannot be played here" suggestions

I hosted a webinar last night and I want to retrieve the participants' emails.
But when I go to the corresponding report, there are the names of the participants but it is impossible to find their emails. I can't find how to make them appear that they gave it to fit into the webinar.
