Zoom Events In-Session Branding

I enabled and set up In-Session branding for my Zoom event but it doesn't display when the session starts. I uploaded a background and added name tags for speakers. I did have one name tag show up for one speaker. What am I missing?

Where do Zoom Events Surveys display?

I set up surveys for my Zoom Event both at the event level and at the session level, but I do not know where they actually show up when the session is over. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
