I have an issue with the new survey function. When I created one poll, it overlapped with all my zoom webinars. I can not delete these overlapped questions.

We recently hosted a webinar and temporarily removed the required registration for the time the webinar was running. 

After I added the requirement again to provide it on demand, all the registration data was gone.

I can access the attendee report, but obviously I'd also be interested in the registrations as now we cannot send e-mails e.g. to those who didn't show up, to watch the recording.

 

Is there any way to recover the data?

Is there a way to make sure that closed captioning is always available for all participants on any webinar, meeting, or event?  I think that zoom should have closed captioning as a default for all of its services, but for some reason, it must be enabled by hosts; many of whom have difficulty either remembering to use this service or to enable it.  And since I am not always able to contact a host about this accessibility tool, it is not always available and makes participation for those of us with hearing issues very difficult.

Any suggestions?

Is it possible to ask the zoom company to just make this a regular feature, so that it appears, with icons for chat, Q & A, etc.

New Zoom user - setting up webinars for the first time. 
Are you able to customise the footer wording at the bottom of a webinar registration page. This currently reads as:

 

"Information you provide when registering will be shared with the account owner and host and can be used and shared by them in accordance with their Terms and Privacy Policy." 

 

I can't see how to customise this wording to include my own organisations specific data protection requirements

Upgrading zoom attendees numbers

Dear Zoom community 

I have a pro license 

I have set up a meeting with 100 participants 

I would like to upgrade this to 250 but want to keep the same meeting id

What are my options ?

I have scheduled a webinar next month and am prepared to send potential participants invitations. How do I ensure registered participants' email addresses can be captured and indicated in the attendance report generated after the webinar? Pre-registration and authentication for participants being Zoom users have been enabled. What else do you think should be done? I would appreciate your professional advice on this.

Adding panellists

I am trying to add panellists to a webinar that has alteady been created.

 

When I go to edit webinar I do not have any invitation  or other tabs at the bottom of the webinar page.

During a Zoom webinar yesterday,  I lost my mic and speakers connection.  The yellow or red exclamation on the icon.

I'm using W11 on a Lenovo ThinkPad P14s.  I'm also using a USB digital mixer Behringer  Flow 8.  Everything is updated and zoom recognizes both the mics and speakers.  Then for whatever reason it gets dropped.  The only way I could get the audio bac was when I disconnect the USB cable from the mixer, wait a few seconds and plug back in.
