Resolved! Simulive webinars

I'm looking to do a webinar with 2 presenters.  I think the best way to do this is record both presenters and merge them together.

Is this possible?

Regarding repeat sessions (I started a webinar, several participants joined, and by chance the internet went down or I decided to close it and restarted it, and several new and returning participants joined)
- We did not see any change or update on salesforce for the attendees who entered again (returning).
- There is no scheme of stay time. In fact, it neither creates another attendee nor updates, so all the information of the second login is lost to us.
Is there anything to do with it?

This is a warning to anyone looking at using 'Convert Meetings to Webinar.'

I had a meeting and people that had registered. Now I had upgrade me account for $122 to Webinar events to convert the meeting to Webinar.

I held the Webinar with 2 people who showed up, because they explained to me at the time they had to register again (double register) as Zoom has switched up the links. Therefore the people who registered beforehand had a lot of difficult trying to join because Zoom messed up the links.

Once I enlightened of this, I asked for Zoom Webinars to be cancelled and for a refund, as this error on Zoom's side has cost me $500 in marketing and advertising costs.

They have denied the refund decision (which I have a right to) and justified it as I was able to use the Webinar feature itself. They have chosen to ignore their own errors when the convert to meeting switches up the link.

Anyone looking at using the Webinar feature in the future, be mindful as the quality isn't what you would expect.

Those asking me about Zoom I have guided to steer clear of Zoom and look for alternatives, their support is rubbish and are extremely disingenuous when it comes to handling customer service and having account for their own errors.

0 out of 5 stars for Zoom, it's complete garbage.

All the best,

Phil C

Hello!  I am trying to set up a course for attendees that will be available multiple times a day throughout the week.  For example, attendees will have options to register for a 9am, 11a, 1pm or 3pm course. Is there a way to have recurring courses throughout the day?  I only see to set up recurring for daily/weekly/monthly.

If not, is there a way to give a customer access to a calendar that that has all off the available courses that they can choose from and register?

Thank you for your help!

Is there a way to disable the chat for only specific attendees in a webinar?

We are offering large webinars with the chat function enabled for the entire webinars. However, we want to be able to restrict some attendees from being able to post in the chat, due to disrupting the chat. Keeping the chat on for attendees to be able to post in the chat is an important part of our webinars, so we don't want to turn the chat off or restrict everyone.

Thank you!

In 2 weeks time, there will be an event with over 3000 people attending. We will also like to host this event on Zoom so other participants who couldn't attend the event in person join in via Zoom.

Now my question is, can this be done using the normal Zoom meetings, or Zoom events or Zoom rooms.

In this WWE show https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JAMF-nbmBY, we can see people on the screen watching the event during the Covid19 lockdown. I want to achieve a similar thing where people can watch online and be displayed on screen as we can see in this video I have used as an example.

I need a clear answer so we get to know the setup required, run a demo before the main Dday.
