The FAQ on this subject doesn't answer how Zoom handles attendees: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063714 The FAQ states: "Each attendant that exceeds the prepaid number of allotted seats will incur an overage fee of $2.50 USD per attendee" then later it states "If the license attendance rate is exceeded, no further unique attendees will be able to join the event." What happens if we buy the 100 pay-per-attendee plan and 150 people show up? We are ok with paying 50 x $2.50, but we are NOT ok if the 101st attendee is blocked from entering.

Is there a simple way to add ZR as an alternative host for Zoom Events? We attempted to add ZR by using email address, but it didn't work. Currently, we are using the ZR pairing method, which is more difficult and time-consuming, especially since we need to add 5-10 ZR to Zoom events.

All the help and community posts reference settings that are non-existent in OnZoom event creation (under Advanced Settings). I can only presume that they are referencing regular zoom or that the engineers disabled recording (intentionally or unintentionally). What's the current situation for recording OnZoom events?
Can it be done? If so, how?

I am hosting my first onzoom webinar event in 2 weeks. During the test event, there was no option to record. Will I be able to record the live webinar event? When I navigate to the settings/record I see this message: To record an event, enable "Include access to event's cloud recording with OnZoom ticket registration" when you create an event. But there is no option to enable recordings during event setup. Help?

My problem hasn't been spoken about so am assuming somehow my settings have been changed. I am no longer able to reach any of my Silver Sneakers classes on my android phone. This began happening this week. I have reinstalled both Zoom and Silver Sneakers. Instead of the assigned class, I receive ads which I am told to install: incognito browser and some rock app. Please advise as to what is happening.

Hello, We are planning to move our live online courses over to zoom. I have two questions. 1. We have a webinar that repeats on the third Tuesday of every month. Is it possible to schedule this as a reoccuring webinar? It cannot be every three weeks as sometimes there are 4 weeks in a month and other times 5 weeks. 2. Is there a way to bundle a group of classes together that doesn't follow the allowed options of daily, weekly, mothly etc? We have a course that is five sessions long over two and a half weeks. Example: Monday/Thurday/Monday/Thursday/Monday. Sending 5 individual links is time consuming and confusing. Is there a way to send one link that would cover all of these sessions? If so could you please send instructions? Thank you!

Hi, I am having trouble using Zoom to livestream into my Facebook group. I receive this message: "Unable to access your Facebook account. Try logging into Facebook again. (4,922)" I used to be able to do this, but I'm wondering if there was an update and now it's not working. I do have a different sign-in email from my Zoom account from my Facebook account. Any insight into how to set this up would be appreciated!

My webcam is pointed in a way that I can't look at the gallery and the webcam in the same direction, so it always looks I'm not looking at the camera when I'm looking at the Gallery on the Right Side of the Zoom Window. Can Zoom add an option to put the Gallery on the Left Side of the Zoom Window?
