As a Zoom Admin - I can't find anywhere that gives me access or visibility into other users AI Generated Meeting Summaries. This is probably by design, but I need to see if I can access a summary for a past meeting hosted by one of our employees for a HR issue. Is this possible?

Hi. I have set up AI automatically on every meeting and choose which meetings to record. On Friday evening and Sunday morning (UK times) I had two 2 hour long meetings scheduled with auto recording in the cloud. One of the attendees logged in with AI generator (not sure what version) which caused my auto recording and auto AI to fail. I have only received the first 10-15 mins of the meeting until this person logged on. Does anyone know why this happened and what I can do in future to stop this happening?

I want to use AI Companion but it's greyed out. I see a message saying it's locked by admin. I'm the only one who uses this account.
Can anyone help me figure out how to start using and get this unlocked?
Thanks.
The Zoom auto-summaries are already really good. I'd like to send these to Salesforce. Seems like it should be possible because Zoom has the @domain.com from the emails and so it could match that to the domain on the account in our Salesforce and add a note there. Even better would be to search for an open opportunity on the account and make a note there if there is indeed an open opp. Has anyone done this that could provide some guidance on the best way to go about it?

over the past few weeks I have experienced a problem where almost all of my meetings don't have "sufficient transcript" to generate a summary or next steps. These meetings range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. The meetings have very good quality. I had become very dependent on this feature, and am concerned I now need to revert to previous practice or pay for a third party subscription. I have searched the boards for other people with this same issue; I don't see any that were successfully resolved.

I have been doing a lot of research on Zoom AI Companion regarding compliancy with HIPAA and FERPA. I don't know what features I can and can't have enabled with the AI Companion, while still being HIPAA compliant. I would also like to know what features would need to be enabled and disabled to be compliant with FERPA. I've found quite a few different answers but they all seem to be outdated. If someone could just let me know the list of features that can and cannot be used with Zoom AI and still be compliant that would be great.

English Summary of a German meeting of course produces nonsense...
Hi everyone, I’m Roy, and I manage the Authorized Partnerships Program at monday.com. Each week, we hold a kick-off Zoom call with 30-40 new partners. During these calls, we usually receive numerous questions, some asked verbally and others via chat. I have a document that contains all the relevant data, Q&A, and content needed to address these questions. I’m looking for a way to automate responses during the call, either by leveraging Zoom’s features or through an integration, to provide instant answers without disrupting the flow of the meeting. Has anyone implemented a similar solution or have any recommendations on how to set this up effectively? Thanks in advance for your insights!

I really like Zoom Meeting Summary and find it is almost as good at notetaking as Airgram. However, the next steps section has failed us, which is the most important part! First of all, it gets names wrong. Secondly, it's not in bullet format. Lastly, it's incomplete - lots of action items were clearly left off. Does anyone have suggestions for how to make next steps better? For instance, could one say, "hey, Zoom, here's a next step for Joe: have him double-check with Mary about the sales report." Would that work?
