Removing AI Summary Notes of Failed summary files

Due to opperator error I have ended up with a number of AI Summary files that seen but not accesses (selection button is not available. Thus it is not possible to delete these files.

 

I have now learnt how to aviod this problem (don't close session just after oping the summary option.

I can live with these redundant files but it is just annoying.
