Hi everyone,

I’m Roy, and I manage the Authorized Partnerships Program at monday.com.

Each week, we hold a kick-off Zoom call with 30-40 new partners. During these calls, we usually receive numerous questions, some asked verbally and others via chat.

I have a document that contains all the relevant data, Q&A, and content needed to address these questions. I’m looking for a way to automate responses during the call, either by leveraging Zoom’s features or through an integration, to provide instant answers without disrupting the flow of the meeting.

Has anyone implemented a similar solution or have any recommendations on how to set this up effectively?

Thanks in advance for your insights!

For some people, that task is business writing: drafting emails to clients or prospects, sending project updates, or even just writing up a meeting agenda for your team. 1. Saving time on the first draft
  2. Repetitive or tedious writing tasks
