is there a way to create an audio transcript for an existing recording please?

I have just realised the audio transcript tick box wasn't ticked before my meeting recording to the cloud. Is there anyway to convert it via zoom afterwards?

I have searched in the Recordings section but cannot find Advanced cloud recording settings. This is necessary in order to check the transcription-enabled box. Where is the latter?
