Cannot Access AI Summary and it has not emailed it to me

I have a AI SUmmary that when I try to access it, it is greyed out and a green circle with a cross line shows up which does not allow me to click on link to get it.  Can someone assist me on why this is happen

it was at 3:30 pm EST to 3:41 EST time and it is currently 4:39 EST.
