My AI Summary did not work

I have AI Summary set up to automatically transcribe every meeting.

 

I had 3 meetings today and unfortunately one of them did not receive a summary.

 

Why would that be?

 

My client is waiting for the summary and I can't find it in my account.

Hi all,

 

While I love AI Companion, it has actually created more work for us as the meeting summaries provided by AI Companion are not identifiable by the title. Is it possible for the meeting summaries to be named by the participant's first and last name, as well as the meeting date and time? And then ideally the meeting summary is then automatically attached to the client's file in our CRM system. We use Bigin if that helps.

Can you use AI Companion to create summaries of previously recorded audio? If so how do you do it?

Hi - Is there a way to receive an AI summarized/highlight reel VIDEO of the meeting (edited clips) in addition to the AI meeting summarization?   Thanks in advance if you can make my life easier to edit the important parts of the meeting in video form.

I recently got an email from zoom saying this:

Starting 09/13/2024, we will remove one of those steps by auto-enabling AI Companion on your behalf, making this a one-step process where as a meeting host, you will still need to manually turn on AI Companion features in meetings.

Prior to 09/12/2024, you can opt out of Zoom automatically enabling AI Companion features to keep your current account setting as default off. 

 

I have disabled all AI Companion features in the admin setting, but I cannot find anything that allows me to opt out of the auto-enabling and the link in the email isn't helpful.

Is there a reason why I am receiving meeting summaries after some of my meetings but not all of them? These are all meetings that I scheduled and I have my settings set up to receive emailed summaries after every meeting. Is it possible for the meeting attendee to turn this option off on their end, which is blocking the summary from being generated??
