AI Summaries Matched with Incorrect Date

I use Zoom AI Summaries for all my meetings and have found them really helpful. However, when I log into Zoom and look at the Zoom AI Companion tab for my list of summaries, many are matched with the wrong date. For example, I click on the summary in my list that is supposed to be for Feb 25, but when I open it, I get the summary from Jan 26. Is there a fix for this? It makes it really challenging to find the correct meeting summary easily.

How does Zoom AI Companion collect consent from meeting participants for smart recording?

Hi all

Our company is considering to use the new AI companion features and we understand some of those features require some sort of automated audio recording (smart recording) to work. We also understand from the support pages that the content of those recordings are not used to train the AI model.

But the question is, if we enable and use those smart recording features, is it clear to the other participants (out customers, suppliers etc) in the meetings that their audio or content is recorded for those AI features and does Zoom collect consent from them for each recording? If our customers do not want this feature to be used, can they setup Zoom in a way that we are not able to record?

Zoom AI Companion - update can no longer toggle on and off during the meeting

I love the companion feature and use it often with most of the meetings. Before the update, I was able to pause it during meetings when private or irrelevant information was being discussed and start it once we arrived at the intention for the call. ... Show more

I love the companion feature and use it often with most of the meetings. Before the update, I was able to pause it during meetings when private or irrelevant information was being discussed and start it once we arrived at the intention for the call. Please bring that option back. It made such a difference to have the option to "filter" out the personal from the business.

I Have the Ai companion enabled on my  web base account. I hosted a recorded meeting yesterday that the Ai companion was not enabled and did not do the summary. 

The only thing I can think that happened was that this meeting time and date had to be moved. I use Microsoft outlook to do this,  

Has anyone else had this happen and if so how did you prevent and fix it

We are looking to enable Zoom Companion for the whole company, but we don't manage to figure out our way to govern it. Is there a way to export the companion data that was sent to the AI providers and the one that is brought back by the models to any type of SIEM solution?

Hello, I am working at my company's IT department and am collecting questions for our users' reference.

 

If the original creator of the meeting were to assign another individual as an alternative host with AI Companion/Meeting Summary on, will the alternative host receive a meeting summary in addition to the original host?

Meeting Summary was turned on automatically for my meeting.  Recording was turned on manually a few minutes after the meeting started.  I've received an email telling me how to access the video, audio and chat for the meeting.  AI Companion "catch up" did work during the meeting.  It is now more than an hour since the meeting ended.  I see where to access the summary, https://us02web.zoom.us/user/meeting/summary#/list, but it is grayed out.   Is a delay in generating the summary normal?  Should I expect it to show up eventually?

・Can you tell me how long the content will be temporarily stored?

 

・What security measures are you taking to ensure the security of the content that is entered?
