Automatic recording

Each time a meeting is started the recording is automatically started. How can I stop the recording from automatically starting at the beginning of a meeting? We typically don't want to record meetings.

Error code 401

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, I have created a new password, I have restarted my computer many times and when I go to create a meeting, once I put the time in, I get the error message 401. Desperate to get this fixed.I am on Windows 11

Zoom licenses downgraded to basic - by itself

We have many licenses in our account that we have assigned to our user. Today all users are downgraded to basic. What could have caused that? Can this be reverted? and is there a log where I could check how did this change?
