Hi there, I've been searching Google for an answer to my question but can't seem to find anything about it. My problem is that when I'm in a Zoom Meeting, sometimes I get outside phone calls on my Samsung Galaxy S23+ or FaceTime request calls and after declining the call, the Zoom volume drops to a much lower level. Even when I have my phone's volume turned all the way up, it still is a lot lower than before and I can't seem to find a solution without having to leave the meeting and then rejoin. Sometimes I have to then break my Bluetooth earbuds out just so I can sort of hear better without needing to leave the meeting, and all my meetings are mostly group therapy sessions so I don't like to bother the host if they have to add me back in manually during the session. Is there any possible way to fix this?

My daughter is in a zoom class. Before I set up a free account, it would automatically default to the teacher and if she would share her screen it would transition to that and then back to her when she wasn’t sharing. Simultaneously, all the participants were in smaller boxes at the bottom. However, since I created the free account, I can’t, for the life of me, figure out how to get that back. I’ve tried doing gallery with speaker view but that doesn’t work. And the floating option.

I want to know how I can copy an entire transcript of a video into a word doc without doing it line by line
When in a Zoom meeting, I only see a white screen when another attendee is sharing their screen. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, checked for updates.
I have been using Zoom to hold daily lessons, and I use Blackmagic Atem Extreme ISO and Rode podcaster pro through. The Atem is viewed as an active camera, and I have had almost no issues for the past two years, regardless of updates. This time is different. Nothing on the hardware side has changed other than zoom was updated. Since then, when live lessons are done, sound effects from the podcaster are not clear and mostly not heard from the client side. When music is played, only the spoken voice is heard, and almost none of the music can be heard, which is freaky, to say the least. I understand that there have been several audio changes, including options for musicians, but no amount of tweaking has fixed the issue to the point where we are now considering having to change the delivery software. Our classes rely heavily on zoom, so I would like to fix this issue ASAP. https://youtu.be/aLMlmllE4MY I have tried to downgrade to a previous version of Zoom but cannot find a way to do so through this site. We have been having these issues for about a week or so, and the quality of delivery is bad and a disservice to our clients who rely on this service.
Here is a video showing the issues that are plaguing us. Both with the live zoom feed and its audio with the issues alongside the ISO recorded elements showing what it should be and what our teachers are hearing.
I have updated all drivers since the issue surfaced; just in case, I have uninstalled everything at least once, including all hardware and software used. But like I said, there are no issues other than zoom. It sometimes works for like 2 minutes, then will have issues come up again and again.
When not running through zoom, there are no issues at all, all the data is clear and perfectly usable.
If anyone else has the same issue, please let me know if there is a fix you have found; so far, I have found no solutions for this problem. This is getting hard to live with.

Hey Zoom Community, I have configured a Zoom Meeting with user authentication required to collect all the participants emails. However, looking at the meeting report, I still have participants that attended the whole session with no mention of their email addresses. Is that possible?
Thanks for your help!

I know they should be found in "Reports" and I use this category to search for this. However, I had a meeting on 06/07 that had 32 participants participating, but, I can only see one. The other participants are not visible here but this only one called Hugo. How can I solve this? Is there an alternative way to look for this?

During an official video meeting organized by a United Nations agency, our session was maliciously disrupted by an individual who managed to interject offensive por*graphic audio and video content. As an attendee, I did not have any screen sharing or host privileges. However, the intrusive audio override and graphic visuals were painfully disruptive and appeared on all attendee screens before we could exit. This was distressing conduct, especially given the professional nature of the UN video meeting. I am posting this anonymously out of privacy concerns, but want to formally report this unacceptable Zoom bombing incident. It enabled the dissemination of likely illegal p.graphic material into an official event, which could expose Zoom to liability if the perpetrators are not identified and held accountable. For these reasons, I have already submitted a request to Zoom's Trust & Safety team for the full logs and cloud recording associated with this meeting to be preserved as evidence. I urge Zoom to investigate which user(s) and account(s) were responsible for this intentional disruption. I also plan to report this incident to the relevant UN ethics and oversight bodies, as well as law enforcement if applicable, to ensure a thorough independent investigation occurs. Zoom bombing and allowing offensive/illegal content sharing erodes trust in your platform's security. I hope Zoom will take this seriously, pursue accountability for the bad actors involved, and improve preventative measures to maintain a safe virtual environment for all legitimate users and events. I would appriciate if you can give me your opinions.
