I want to sign up for a school zoom account but I don't know how. I have a valid school email and signed up for a zoom account but it's still limited to 40p. I don't know if Zoom has a free version for education and I don't know how to upgrade my account to Education Free. Can anyone help me?

For US providers:  Most of us are aware that the public emergency act broadly expanded Telehealth reimbursement on a variety of levels.  Specifically with Medicare and the states took an aggressive proactive approach as well.   After the Public Emergency Act runs out, we are hoping federal legislation will have passed (Connect Act) to keep reimbursement on par with what we see today.   I'd like to know how you/ your organization is looking at Telehealth as we reach the new norm...   We've all learned so much during COVID and it has shown the power that Telehealth/ virtual visits can bring to increasing access and increasing efficiencies in our system.   Please share your thoughts/views on what the post-pandemic virtual health/ telehealth landscape will look like... Thank you and I look forward to the discussion!

I am seeing two students for speech in the same room/time through ZOOM. Both students will have their own computer but, will sign into ZOOM using the same ZOOM link and the same email address will be used  to get on the computer. Can they both have remote control on their respective computers when access is given?

1年前からzoomでミーティングを主催しています。問題なく行っていましたが、1か月まえから、参加者さんの画面が止まるという状態があります。参加者さんから私は、ちゃんと見えて聞こえているのですが、私からは参加者さんの画面が止まって見えます。参加者が声をだすと、画面が動きだします。

Hello!

I've been using the account (for education) well, but today, the settings suddenly changed.

They said my account is basic type.

I thought the free policy for educators was over.
So i paid to upgrade my account.
But it wasn't. just error.
 
So what i want to ask is
1) Can i use my account for education same as before?
2) Can i cancel the upgrade to pro and be refunded the bill(about 15 dollars)?
 
I am so grateful for creating a program that can be used for students comfortably.

Missing Link to Email Link to My Class ??

I have been using Zoom to teach classes for several years -- there was always a link at the top of the page to enter email addresses and information about the session. That has disappeared -- WHY?????

Im from Sri Lanka. I have a school domain and I m  in need of enabling the 40-minute unlimited feature. Isnt it open for Sri Lanka ? 
Is there any way of activating it ?
