For us in Naval Education and Training, instructor training was one of the most important factors to overall success!  We used a simple checklist that increased comfort and confidence.  One of our main points was taken from the Education Community, use the three P's - Plan, Prepare and Practice! This is a huge recipe for success.   Agree?
