Vote now I created a general survey a while ago under the Survey tab on the Zoom menu. I now want to add this survey to a webinar template, but the only options I have in the webinar settings are to create a new survey from scratch or to add a third-party survey. Am I missing something somewhere, or is there not an option to do this?

The Auto-Generated Closed captions are a very useful tool on meetings, and I know that we have the ability to save the transcripts. I would like to see an option to automatically save the transcript of meetings, differentiated based on whether I am a participant or host. Or at least a prompt. As it currently stands if I forget to save the transcript before I leave a meeting there is no way to recover it. Tyler

My account has been consolidated to another acount with the help of zoom support. But I haven't received a refund of the 18 licenses. Thorugh https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068212 , "Any licenses or add-ons purchased by separate accounts can be refunded during the consolidation process.". I wonder when will I receive my refund.

There were some recent discussions about links to previous, older versions of Zoom Workplace client.
If you know how those links are built, you can "make" them yourself (based on release notes page). But some people need a quick and easy solution. So I thought that I'll make a list for you with some recent versions.
Those are direct links to Zoom download site, so there is no need to worry about downloading it from a "middle-man" website and potentially getting a virus as a "bonus"..
Please also remember, that Zoom also has "Software Quarterly Lifecycle Policy", which enforces you to use client version newer than XXX provided in article linked below:

The goal is to have a phone number that goes directly to an individual phone with no menu or intermediate step by the caller. Outgoing calls work fine but incoming calls do not come in. There is no notification of an incoming call, nothing in the Zoom call logs and the dialing phone shows "Unable to connect". Currently have the number set up with what I think should redirect straight to another line. Line A is configured to use the Main Auto Receptionist and Line B is set to take the calls (Business Hours: 24/7, Greeting Prompt: Disabled, Route to User: "Line B" - Ext 800). Any help is greatly appreciated.

My profile picture is no longer showing when I turn my video off or is already off when entering a room or meeting. How do I get the profile pic to show again and not just have my name?
The latest update has "Upload Slides as Background" shaded out as an option. (In the Advanced tab). Offering that option made it a lot easier to set up my meeting room, so please restore this option in the next update. I don't have a problem with the new presentation mode, but why can't you offer both? "Slides as Background" is super easy to load and then you see the participants and chat super easily without having to organize it yourself. PLEASE RESTORE THIS FEATURE!

Hi, Im holding meetings in zoom where attendees are over 200 and I'm being asked for segmented attendee data to identify which functions are engaging with the training. Is this possible? At the moment I can only export a list of email addresses so its a manual job to identify which functions they all belong to. I wondered could I set something in the settings so that when joining the attendee registers which function they're from? Any help appreciated.

通常時は画面ではなく、ウィンドウ指定していますが
場合によって、画面共有もあるかと思います。
ポータルの設定などで対策できる方法をご存知の方が居られましたら教えてください。
