Hello, I have been using Zoom for training sessions every week for the past five years. During breaks, I currently move each participant to the waiting room manually, which is very time-consuming. Could a feature be added in Zoom to allow all meeting participants except hosts be moved into the waiting room in one button, similar to the "admit all" function from the waiting room into the meeting?

I have an application that's moving into production soon, which is integrated with Zoom and Salesforce. Once the app is in production, I'll need a Zoom sandbox environment to make ongoing improvements without risking downtime of my production application. How do I get a Zoom sandbox environment? I've submitted 3 tickets to various support channels, all of which were summarily closed. I'm completely befuddled that this isn't obvious. Literally every other major system I've ever used offered some way to test their applications before shipping releases.

When I am typing in Keynote or in Pages, it interrupts typing ( both my own and my client's when they are typing on my screen). We suddenly hear a chime for each key as we type, indicating typing on the screen has stopped. Sometimes, the Zoom home screen pops up, and we have to click on the page again to make it go away and resume typing. Sometimes, it happens 10-15 times in an hour. This just started happening in 2025. Help!

The Zoom Community Champion Program was established to recognize and celebrate the exceptional contributions of Zoom experts within our community. This month, we want to celebrate one of our Zoom Community Partner Champions, @Calvo. Matias joined the community in September 2022 and has been a Community Champion since 2023🥇 What do you like best about being a Zoom Community Champion? Because I get first-hand information and know from the community where the most problems are or what is best received by the users. But the best thing is the collaboration with other community champions 🏆 How would you describe the Zoom Community in a few words? Amazing!! 💙 What is your favorite Zoom product and why? I can not choose only one that is too difficult!! I would say the Zoom Client 😄... no Zoom Meetings is what I use the most. What's a fun fact you'd like to share? Zoom Client is soooo goood that we don't talk about. We just use it and that shows that there are almost no issues and the best thing is.... you guys keep bringing in more and more features!!! That's crazy! 🔥 Want to learn more about becoming a Zoom Community Champion? Please visit here to learn more! 🏆

I bought a mini PC MSI Cubi with an Intel Core 3 100u, the processor is very fast, all programs work perfectly, including Archicad, Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, but not fast enough for Zoom ))) Blurred background is not supported, the program says that my processor is too slow. At the same time, on the second mini PC Asus PN41 with an Intel Celeron N5100 processor, the blurred background works, although Windows 11 barely moves.

I was going into a meeting and when I connected the audio it closed, I thought it was because I had too many tabs in the background so I closed everything and restarted. When I opened only zoom I could enter but when I hit connect shared audio again it closed, I hit test audio and if I could my headphones worked while it was being tested. So I closed and tried to set the audio to connect automatically and when I went to settings and then audio settings it closed the settings. Could someone please help me.

I try to remove virtual background from zoom meeting. From more and choose none but its not working
The Auto-Generated Closed captions are a very useful tool on meetings, and I know that we have the ability to save the transcripts. I would like to see an option to automatically save the transcript of meetings, differentiated based on whether I am a participant or host. Or at least a prompt. As it currently stands if I forget to save the transcript before I leave a meeting there is no way to recover it. Tyler

Hi. I am developing a web page specifically to display as digital signage in a Zoom Room. My end goal is to find a code snippet that I can add to the webpage to disable the X&Y scroll bars withe page is wider or taller than the display.
I am not sure what type of browser (ie. Chromium) your using to embed a web page in the digital signage feature.

We run the silent auto update feature for Zoom Workplace. Up to version 6.x, it's been flawless but now going from 6.2 -> 6.3, it is prompting admin permissions. Our users don't have local administrator rights. When clicking "Show More Details" on the UAC prompt, it is pointing to "C:\users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\MSI\6.3.11.60501\ZoomInstallerFull.msi". Each time Zoom runs on a Windows reboot, the UAC prompts to update for our users.
