Hello guys, I have bought 2 numbers I got the welcome email from zoom but I didnt get any invoice from zoom, Also my licenses that i bought are not included in my account , Please somebody help
I've been a customer going on two years. I've been mainly using Skype which is being discontinued. Therefore, I've put all my video conference students onto Zoom. I was able to sync Google Calendar well enough, so that I could just add the zoom meeting into the existing google recurring appointments through the synced zoom google calendar. The problem I am having is that I can only see my google emails and contacts in my zoom mobile app. On the web and in the MacBook zoom app, when I hit contacts I can only see a category called "company contacts." On the phone app I see all my google contacts listed under Phone Contacts and Cloud Contacts, fine. I do not see these categories on the MacBook Zoom app. Am I doing anything wrong? Any advice on this is appreciated. Thank you.

When I am hosting a meeting and when I am participating in various meetings, I try to screen share in Zoom, it automatically goes to a black screen and says screen share is paused. I don't know how to unpause it. I checked in my account and I everything is toggled correctly. I have also, uninstalled Zoom and re-installed. Nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions?

I have created a zoom account paid subscription and bought an API room connector and associated it with a webex board. If the zoom account I created for this, creates a meeting and I invite the webex board through our O365 resource calendar, it works perfect and has one touch. If a zoom account without a connector sends an invite, it first won't have the SIP info and the meeting will just show as a meeting. I then have to go to the button I created for zoom and manually join. But I get the error that the meeting host doesn't have a CRC room connector. Now I then get a code on the screen and I can do the whole login, enter the code, etc and get it to work, but that is a PITA. I read then that we can automate that with the API connector and use our connector and join as an attendee. However, that is where I am stuck, how do I get that to work. I am not finding good documentation.. Also, why does zoom make it more difficult to join a zoom meeting with a webex kit? Teams and google meets just join right up nothing else we have to do and no additional costs... Anyway, if anyone has done this so they can use a webex kit to join a zoom meeting automatically where the host doesn't have a CRC Room Connector, and has any advice for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have a Zoom registration form for an event, which asks for First Name, Last Name and Email Address. I am directing classmates to this form from our class website. I want to not require them to complete the above 3 fields as that information is known to us on the sending website before the redirect. How do I supply this information in the redirect (either in the URL or in a POST format)? And how do I find out the names of these three fields? I am using PHP on my server side and HTML/JavaScript on the client side.

My number has been ported, but I cannot assign it to myself as the primary user. When I try, I am getting the error message that this feature requires a Zoom Phone Metered or Unlimited or Pro Plan (see attached screenshot). I have a Pro Plan as verified with Sales today

I am a single Zoom Account user with a single family Microsoft 365 account, not a workplace acount. The directions given to switch over to the new authentication protocol using Nested App Authentication (NAA) just don't work for me. Can someone please direct me to a workflow that works? Microsoft is deprecating Outlook legacy tokens with their introduction of a new authentication protocol, Nested App Authentication (NAA). This change will impact the Zoom for Outlook add-in's ability to access calendar data effectively. To ensure uninterrupted functionality, action is required by the week of January 27, 2025. Please use the steps in the support article for uninterrupted service.

When I key in my meeting code and password, it opens up a window where everything looks normal but upon further scrutiny, it is trying to connect me to a meeting held on May 31. 2022. What do I do to fix this? I removed the Zoom App from my desktop and reinstalled it and it does the same thing. How do I fix this?

Hi there, my company uses Zoom as a chat for internal communications. Sometimes it happens that the zoom on my Windows 11 PC is apparently operational but in reality I am offline for other colleagues. Colleagues write to me but for them I am offline even if for my zoom I am online. The only way to solve the problem is to become reachable again with the chats and restart zoom. This happens about every 2 or 3 hours even with the PC in use. Zoom is updated and connected with a Lan cable. Thank you so much.
