Missing Invoices for Purchased Zoom Phone Numbers

Hello guys, I have bought 2 numbers I got the welcome email from zoom but I didnt get any invoice from zoom, Also my licenses that i bought are not included in my account , Please somebody help

You can follow these steps to view your invoices:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing then Payment History.
    All of your invoices will be displayed.
  3. Use the search and filter functionality to view invoices in a specified timeframe or status, or search by invoice number.
  4. Click an invoice number to view it.
  5. (Optional) Select the check box next to an invoice number and click Download to download and view a PDF of an invoice.

Invoice statuses:

  • Open: You haven’t paid the invoice.
  • Processing: The payment is processing or the invoice is currently unavailable. If the issue persists for more than 24 hours, submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance.
  • Paid: You’ve paid the invoice and the payment was successfully processed.
  • Credit: You have a credit on your account.

Mark thank you for the response. The thing is that I bought 3 numbers one after another, all 3 are paid properly and I got the welcome email, the first one as an pdf invoice attached and the others dont, I dont know if there is any problem in buying the numbers or what, but I dont have any available license, also zoom did not take my money from the bank eventhough it says that the payment is done.
