I just signed up for Zoom Phone and my profile page indicates my accout has been activated. However, when I try to call out via zoom, I get the message "Service is not available in my calling plan."
Hi, I have been in 3 different zoom meetings now and when the presenter shares their screen, all I see is a white box. I cannot actually see their screen. Has anyone else run into this and know of a solution? It's only happened the past few times. I never had any issues before with seeing other people's screens when they were sharing. Thank you.

We have recently cancelled our Zoom Workplace Business plus with UK/Ireland Unlimited and repurchased a Zoom Phone UK/Ireland Calling Plan only, to be used with the Zoom free meetings plan. However under phone system management all our users are still showing up as being assigned Zoom Workplace Business Plus. I made a change to one user’s profile (upgraded them to admin) and this has led to them having Zoom Workplace Business Plus automatically removed from their account and they are now showing up as being assigned Zoom Phone Basic, and have lost their Zoom phone functionality. However I am unable to assign them a new calling package; the option for the new Zoom Phone UK Ireland Calling Plan is not available when I go to assign package - in fact there are no package options at all. Can you advise?

Hi Support Team, We have configured a webhook in the Zoom account. However, we've encountered an issue where our webhook was triggering correctly until December 19th but has since stopped. Could you please assist us in identifying the reason for this disruption? Additionally, are there any further setup requirements or configurations that we may have missed? Thanks and Regards, Mageshwari
For your reference, I have attached the Webhook setup screenshot in the below link. Please take a look at it.

Ever since my sister got her new IPad at Christmas, her email invitations are not arriving in our inbox until after the meeting has started. (We used last week’s link this week.) She has tried multiple times and then we get multiple invites all at the same time. It used to be the invitations went out as soon as she scheduled the meeting. Is this a Zoom issue or an Apple issue?

When analysing the surveys in a meeting where guests can also register, the names are not displayed. I have a meeting and a survey in which everyone can participate, I did a test and registered as a guest where I can also enter my name. So I can not do any analysis of the result because I only see Guest as name. The anonymised participation option is switched off.
If I now take part in the survey and then look at the results, I only see Guest in the name and not the name entered by the guest.

i had the zoom outlook plugin successfully up and running on my PC (Windows 11, Outlook 2024 LTSC) but the latest update of the plugin didn't install, showing error message "error applying transforms. verify that the specified transform paths are valid" (in german) on setup. Tried several things including uninstalling the plugin which worked but didn't fix the issue. Now the outlook plugin is all gone but still whenever i try to reinstall it i get this error message. Any ideas how to fix this issue and get the zoom outlook plugin installed again ?

Zoom's Cobrowse SDK provides developers with all the tools required to easily integrate the cobrowsing experience into their web applications. We are excited to announce the launch of Zoom Cobrowse SDK. Cobrowse, short for collaborative browsing, is a web-based visual engagement tool that allows a customer and a support agent to securely navigate and interact with a webpage in real-time. Whether troubleshooting technical issues, completing forms, or providing guided walkthroughs, Cobrowse empowers businesses to enhance customer experiences with seamless and personalized support. The Zoom Cobrowse SDK provides developers with all the tools required to easily integrate the cobrowsing experience into their web applications. It’s built with simplicity in mind — requiring no plugins, no downloads, and offering quick integration into your existing customer flows. Frictionless and secure screen-sharing: Customers can share their screens without installing any software. By using simple PIN-based access, agents can join sessions securely and assist customers in real time. Annotations: Agents can annotate directly on the webpage, highlighting elements, drawing attention to key sections, or marking actionable items. This makes it easier to guide users step by step. Data masking: The SDK is designed with robust security features, allowing businesses to configure rules that help prevent agents from viewing sensitive end-user information, such as passwords or personal data. Sensitive fields can be masked supporting enhanced data protection and peace of mind for consumers. The Zoom Cobrowse SDK brings a new level of efficiency and personalization to customer support. Businesses across industries — from ecommerce and financial services to tech support — can leverage this powerful tool to: Resolve issues faster: Navigate alongside customers to troubleshoot issues or complete transactions in real time. Reduce customer frustration: Eliminate the back-and-forth of traditional support by visually guiding customers to solutions. Enhance customer satisfaction: Deliver seamless, interactive support experiences that build trust and loyalty. While both Cobrowse and screen-sharing enable real-time collaboration, they are designed for different use cases. Here's a quick comparison to help you understand the unique advantages of Cobrowse: The Zoom Cobrowse SDK goes beyond functionality, offering a secure, scalable, and intuitive solution that integrates effortlessly with your existing platforms. I have the following problem: I have already looked in the privacy settings of Win11 Pro to see, what I could do. Zoom has the appropriate permissions in the various apps, namely for the camera and microphone. For all other settings, I can only select that each user who uses the device, can choose whether an app receives the corresponding authorisations. But neither after starting Zoom nor when starting Cubase during a Zoom session is anything asked for authorisation. I am therefore faced with a puzzle, that is currently unsolvable for me, and would like some help. I would be happy to provide further information, but I don't know what you need in advance. Just this much: I have installed the latest version of Zoom, also the latest win11 Pro updates.
I started a Zoom Meeting and shared my screen and also the sound by switching on "the original sound for musicians" in the sound settings of Zoom.
My fellows can see my screen, they can listen to my speech, but they do not hear any sound from the DAW Cubase 14 Pro.
In a community of Facebook someone told me, that I have to choose the "Zoom Audio driver" in the studiosettings of Cubase 14 Pro. But this driver I do not find anywhere in the studiosettings. And I did not find any driver for my SSL12 Audiointerface for Zoom.
But he could not help me to find a solution, cause he has a Mac and I have Win11 Pro.
So is there anybody here, who can help me to make the System run in that way, that my meetingmembers could hear the Sound of the Cubase 14 Pro DAW on their speakers?
Thanks for a helping hand.
Sincerely Robert
