Can't see shared screen

Hi,

I have been in 3 different zoom meetings now and when the presenter shares their screen, all I see is a white box. I cannot actually see their screen. Has anyone else run into this and know of a solution? It's only happened the past few times. I never had any issues before with seeing other people's screens when they were sharing.

Hi,

You can try using the TCP connection for screen sharing to resolve this issue. On your desktop app, go to Home > Settings > Share Screen > Advanced and enable the TCP connection option if it's not already enabled.
