Zoom Webhook Not Triggered to Zoho CRM

Hi Support Team,

We have configured a webhook in the Zoom account. However, we've encountered an issue where our webhook was triggering correctly until December 19th but has since stopped. Could you please assist us in identifying the reason for this disruption? Additionally, are there any further setup requirements or configurations that we may have missed?

Hi,

The issue you're hitting could be due to a few things like firewall restrictions, network issues, or maybe some DoS prevention measures blocking the traffic.

It is probably worth checking with your network admin to see if anything changed around December 19th that might affect how webhooks are getting through.
