Hi All, In a recent update, I noticed that I can no longer toggle the original sound for musicians option on the top of the main screen. I can change it completely in audio settings, but that's a pain if I want to go back and forth during a meeting. For instance, I teach piano over Zoom. When I want to play something for a student, I turn original sound on. But if I'm typing a student's notes, I don't want the clacking of the keyboard to be heard. So before, it was really easy to toggle on the main screen. Now it seems you can only change it in audio settings. Anyone else having an issue with this or has found a solution like a shortcut? Thanks.

Hi! I'm working with the Zoom Scheduler API and need assistance creating an "All Hosts Available" booking page programmatically. What I've accomplished: The Problem: When I attempt to create the same type of booking page via the API endpoint POST /v2/scheduler/schedules, the page is created as "One to One" instead of "All Hosts Available", despite including multiple availability_rules. My API Request: POST https://api.zoom.us/v2/scheduler/schedules?user_id={userId} Request Body (simplified): What I've observed: My questions: Environment: I would greatly appreciate any guidance on the correct approach to programmatically create "All Hosts Available" booking pages. Zoom will not open on my iMac with Sequoia OS. I get an error message " You can’t open the application “zoom.us” because this application is not supported on this Mac. I try to open it via Safari and I get distorted audio which seems to interfere with other members of meeting. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but it does not work.

Hi there, we began using Zoom phone ~1 year ago for our small business and have never been fully satisfied. I find the set up and customization of features confusing and don't have anyone else on my team who can help me with it. I would greatly appreciate set up guidance and would be happy to pay someone for their expertise. Some context on what we do and what I'm looking for: We're a specialty auto repair shop open M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm. We field many calls a day from retail customers and individuals at other businesses we work with. Calls are typically to schedule appointments or ask for updates on repair/parts/etc. Our General Manager is responsible for answering calls. He has a company-owned iPhone with Zoom installed on it. If he's unavailable, the calls ring through to my account. One big problem: our GM's phone no loner has a cellular plan, so if he's not on wifi he can't receive Zoom calls. He's often on the road visiting customers and needs to be able to receive calls during those visits. What I'm looking for: 1. Fix our GM's need to be on wifi. Do I need to also get a cellular plan? Is there a way to have cellular internet only so the Zoom phone is always accessible? Any other suggested solutions? 2. Have calls ring first to my GM and then to me if he doesn't answer after a certain amount of time. 3. Have voicemail box set up with a professional answering message. 4. Direct customers to voicemail via a professional automated message if it is outside of our operating hours. 5. Anything else to make us appear more professional to callers. Thank you in advance.

Tonight I was unable to hold a meeting due to an echo from 4 out of the 5 particpants. We tried turning off each microphone, changing hosts, restarting our computers, and leaving the meeting and signing in again. We finally gave up. What is going on with Zoom?

Is anything other than the WP810/825 family supported on Zoom? I can't seem to find any options that don't require a DECT infrastructure. We are trying to replace our on Prem Cisco system and the performance of the WP810 and 825 has been quite poor. Yealink makes the ax-83H but that doesn't seem to be supported for some reason?

It looks like Zoom has determined that the entire world is incorrect with the definition of "Minimize" and has taken it upon themselves to rewrite the definition, for their own purposes. When you click minimize and you expect it to, um, I don't know....MINIMIZE, it instead gives you a little useless window that has top focus above your other apps. Well, here is my personal opinion: #FAIL It's really just a bad idea. How do I disable this annoying "feature"? Please, for the love of God, just MAKE. IT. GO. AWAY.

I've been reading that when I use my Yamaha MG10XU mixer, the voice output to zoom (and then to remote attendees) is reduced and I must increase the gain and consequently more noise. Is this true? I'm running W11 on a thinkpad i7 64 bit, 24gb Memory. Using Ethernet or wifi connections? Zoom Ver 6.5.12 Thank you for your assistance. Peter

I would like to be able to filter matched queries that I have already coached and trained. I would expect coached queries to drop from the list of matched queries or there should be a filter to hide "coached queries". Do they never disappear? If not, how is that scalable? If they should be dropping from the list, what step am I missing? My steps are: 1. Navigate to Intent Management. 2. Scroll to an Intent group. 3. Select an intent within the group. 4. Click on the Coach tab. 5. Click the check box next to queries to be coached. 6. Add to training phrases. 7. Train. 8. Publish. The use case for why it is problematic is sorting through multiple identical or similar queries to find the queries that I have not coached. Below is a real-world example of one of my intents: 1. I have an intent for Financial Input. 2. I have 195 queries for "Financial review," 4 queries for "Financial input," and 1 query for "Can I get financial input, please?"
When I have 5000 queries, how will I filter out "Financial input" so that I can find a query for "need to add financial input" or similar?
