As a member of my library's programming team, we use Zoom for our online programs. In the last few weeks, patrons have reported issues joining some recurring Zoom meetings. These issues appear to be random and do not affect all who are invited to a meeting. While some problems are likely due to a patron's setup (e.g., an outdated app), there is one oddity reported. In a couple of cases, patrons have reverted to an earlier email containing the same recurring meeting link and have joined the Zoom meeting. We had one case in which a patron joined via her phone, but could not join via her computer until multiple attempts were made on her computer. We use Constant Contact to email links to our patrons, but I'm doubtful that CC is playing a role when many patrons can join our meetings. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Any ideas how to solve it or anyone know if this a bug? Thanks for your time! Framingham Library

I would like to find out if I can make calls to mobile numbers and landlines using Zoom and if so what are the subscription option.
I facilitated a training session today. We had a producer running the presentation deck and I had my script up for myself. Each time the next slide would appear, my script would disappear, as if Zoom was prioritizing my view for me. How do I solve this problem? I need the script to remain at the top of my window at all times.

I've used my JBL External Speaker for my audio for the past two years without issues. For the past month, I can no longer do so. The speakers come up as an option. I can even see the volume increase and decrease when I touch the speaker buttons, but no Audio.I play music and movies on my laptop ... no issues.I try to use it in a Zoom Meeting,... NO AUDIO. Thoughts?

Is there not a way to set up a webinar with custom recurrence? Example, 1st Thursdays and 3rd Fridays?
I am trying to add zoom room to an existing meeting. Trying to use: POST https://api.zoom.us/v2/rooms/{room_id}/meetings

Previously virtual background works well in my HP i7 11th Gen Laptop, but after giving the new update it's not working. Blur freezes my video and the virtual background black the screen.
As stated above. We want to replace using team-viewer with Zoom Remote Control, however we have all our PC's locked down with local user access only. So If I remote in and want to uninstall something for example, I have no way of entering the local Admin credentials (or ANY credentials for that matter) when they are asked of me.. I don't want to give the user the Admin passwords for the device for obvious reasons.
Is there a way to enable this behavior so I CAN enter the credentials?
This works flawlessly with Teamviewer, however if we can save money on buying yearly licenses and just roll it into one platform that would be great.
Thanks
