I just got started with Zoom phone, and I've noticed that the callers need to put an extension number that I chose to make the call.
how can I disable it? and just get a regular direct call?

i keep getting webinar registration emails that i never opted in for. How do you stop people from registering you for webinars you didn't sign up for?
I made my very first post in this community forum and I noticed that the reply option was automatically disabled. May I know why so that I can avoid this in the future? It followed the community guidelines and no identifying information was used.
I've set up both our main Zoom account and the sub-accounts under it with several settings, but those settings are not being reflected in meetings created in a sub account (after the setting changes were made) via the API. For example: I modified the settings to always record to cloud, disable the waiting room, and allow participants to join before the host. I then created a meeting via the API and joined on one device via the join URL and then on another device via the host start URL. The host was prompted to admit the waiting participant, and the recording never started (nor did I see a way to activate recording).

I don't understand why this basic thing has been removed? I should be able to open in calendar view any meeting and just resend the invitation that the client says they never got. BTW, THEY NEVER GET the invites!!! Since a recent update this constantly fails. I can't even use Acuity Scheduling as the integration with Acutiety is only one way. The client can schedule and get the invite but I can't schedule them and get a Zoom invite for the client. This is just stupid coding!!

I was using zoom without any issues but one fine day it stopped working in my PC. But same time its working in my mobile I reinstalled zoom still not working. Not working means - I used to get links for meetings (earlier it was working) after clicking the links a live lesson window will appear and if I press join button, a new widow will appear and within a fraction of second it disappears. Even if i try to create a new meeting same thing happens please solve the issue

Hi, I hope some can help me. I am trying to sign in to zoom room controller that I installed on to the CP965 using a configuration file found here: https://zoom.us/client/latest/zrc.apk When I run the app it take me to a sign in screen with options to sign in using, email, SSO, google or facebook. However I am told by our admins that I need to sign in using an activation code which they have given me. The activation code has worked on the Zoom Rooms app installed on windows micro desktop and is shows me the the room the activation code refers to. But I just can find how I use the activation code through the ZRC app on the CP965. I have already update the firmware with the certified custom firmware found here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360001299063-Zoom-Phone-Certified-Hardware#h_746bf277-ad09-4ebc-88f5-b1f76b859b9a Some of the support articles I found on Zoom support also suggest that you can sign in using an activation code but again I cant fine this option. What am i doing wrong?

I now get pop-ups from Zoom every time I receive an email in my gmail account (use gmail to login to zoom), that only started in the last 24 hours. It is just like email notification in outlook. How do I turn off that setting so pop-up incoming email notifications stop?
