Hi:
My ipad use to have the meeting controls in the top right of my iPad. Now, the toolbar is at the bottom of the iPad. How do I move the toolbar from the bottom of the iPad in Zoom to the top right corner of the iPad where it had been?
Thx
I only see a black screen that says <username> has started screen sharing. with a black screen
Using Zoom Workplace 6.3.6 (47101)

Hello,
I have a question about sharing a particular screen using hotkeys.
I use a stream deck in my Zoom meetings, and often, I use the notes section on my external iPad to draw something out for the other person on the call.
Using the stream deck, I can use the 'share screen' function (as a hotkey), but then I have to manually select (with my mouse) the 'advanced share' function to use my iPad notes section for the screen share.
Can I bypass the manual aspect to automatically share the 'advanced share screen'?
I have contacted Stream Deck support, and they have directed me to Zoom.
If there is a hotkey function on Zoom, I can get the streamdeck to use it.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
James

This problem has happened on two meetings hosted by the same organization. (Let's call it Org M.) When viewing a screen share in portrait mode, the share was only partially displayed on the top half of my screen. The bottom half was black or dark gray and only contained the name of the sharer on the left. In landscape mode, the shared screen was also displayed only on the top half of my screen. I could see the whole image but, because only half of my screen was being used, it was significantly reduced in size. The bottom half of my screen was also black or dark gray and only contained the name of the sharer on the left. I've attached two screenshots. I tried pinching and expanding with my fingers but nothing happened. I changed some settings that I thought might affect the problem, although none looked like they would, and they didn't. Is this a problem that I can fix on my end or is it something that is happening on the broadcaster's side? If I can fix it, how? I'm running Zoom for ipad 6.3.5 on an ipad mini 6. The ipad is set to full screen. While I was connected to the meeting on my iPad I logged in with an iPhone and the problem was not happening on the phone. The problem also happened for a few seconds and then immediately corrected itself when attending a meeting hosted by a different organization. At that time, my IP was having service problems. But both times the problem occurred with Org M, I had a good connection and the problem didn't self-connect. Thanks for any help.

Probably duplicate but I'm not seeing any solution that works. Audio volume is fine on my laptop across multiple programs until joining with computer audio to a Zoom meeting, then volume drops. I have the speaker volume at Max and have turned off, unchecked Automatically Adjust Microphone Volume, and set Audio Profile to Zoom Background Noise Removal to Low (although I have tried Auto, Medium and High but no change). Why does Zoom automatically change the volume? What else am I missing? I don't seem to see any other fixes posted other than the uncheck auto adj mic volume and that doesn't fix it. The laptop is 3 months old running Windows 11 Pro (although I had the same problem with the laptop this replaced)

Hi,
I have a pro plan and have a one off event to host that will exceed my 100 person max. Any insights on how to do this without having to permanently upgrade to business plan?
TIA!
Hello! Thanks in advance
I have a problem. Since last update my Zoom conferences always have the same problem, "Bad connection". I've already checked everything in my laptop, checked my wi-fi setting, and everthing's fine. What can I do with it?

Hi,
I would like to prevent participants from sending files/photos in meeting chat, while still being able to do this as a host/cohost. How can I do it?
Please help! Been trying to fix this all day
Upgraded our CP960 to CP965, cant get the microphone to work. It only recognizes the microphone that is in the computer.
Any idea how to fix this?
Thanks!
Hi everyone, We recently enabled ZDM to manage Zoom workspace on our Windows desktop computers, I managed to add 2 desktops by appending the Token string to the msi file during the client deployment msiexec /i C:\Windows\Temp\ZoomInstallerFull.msi /quiet /qn /norestart /log install.log ZConfig=SetEnrollToken4CloudMDM=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx the only issue that I am currently facing is that when the end user trying to upgrade to a newest version of Zoom client they would be asked for the admin credentials, is there any way to do the update without having to enter the admin credentials or adding any switches to the ZConfig during the deployment? I also have a question, why there is an icon next to any update setting in the portal with the symbol v. and I hover over it it would display 5.13.5? the current Update Channel set to Slow, the Zoom client at the desktops is Version: 6.2.5 (48876) Allow users to configure auto-update for Zoom desktop client = ON Update notifications - Zoom desktop client (Windows and Mac only) = ON Allow users to manually check for updates - Zoom desktop client (Windows and Mac only) = ON "Update to Auto Update defined version" is checked please see the attached screenshots. Thanks
