Meeting Controls to the top right of the Ipad

Hi:

My ipad use to have the meeting controls in the top right of my iPad. Now, the toolbar is at the bottom of the iPad. How do I move the toolbar from the bottom of the iPad in Zoom to the top right corner of the iPad where it had been?

The software has changed in design and the only change you can make to the task bar menu is to hide it.
