Hello!
I have a problem. Since last update my Zoom conferences always have the same problem, "Bad connection". I've already checked everything in my laptop, checked my wi-fi setting, and everthing's fine. What can I do with it?
Thanks in advance

"Bad connection" usually means an unstable WiFi connection. Try making an ethernet connection between the laptop and the router to see if that helps. Try being right next to the router to see if that helps. Run openspeedtest.com to see if you have sufficient bandwidth upstream.
