Vote now I am getting frequent invites to zoom sessions that I have not requested, signed up for or otherwise asked for. The invites are coming from zoom . I do not see any ability to unsubscribe in the invite. want to stop getting these eMails, please let me know how to do that. FYI, the support chatbot turns 'Unsolicited Invites' into 'Heres how to invite someone'. All I want is to stop receiving invites from this source.

I cannot create a meeting because ZOOM has overlaid an announcement for its AI notetaker service. The large rectangle sits directly on top of my photo and my CREATE A MEETING interface. I cannot create a meeting. Why does Zoom need to leave that announcement on indefinitely? How can I create a meeting with this blockage?

The caller will hear, "This call may be monitored for quality assurance purposes," when someone dials the extension or the 10 DID of one user. We have verified that call recording is disabled for this user and is happening to only one user.
I can't see part of the admin console because there is a pop-up I can't remove relating to Otter and Zoom. Add AI Notetaker The options given by the chatbot don't work and I know there are buttons/menu selections behind this and I can't access them. Regards
How do I get rid of this?

It is constantly in the top right of the window and covering the drop down window - no "x" or close to get rid of it. Makes it impossible to use zoom. Help appreciated.
Is there a way to completely disable Zoom AI Companion for my entire org, so that nobody (not even Owners and Admins) can turn on AI backed functions like Meeting Summary, etc. during Zoom meetings?
Additionally, is threre any way to remove the actual button from the Zoom desktop app UI, so that the option to activate AI features isn't even available?

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. When I'm in a meeting everything is being audio-described to me out loud (chat messages, people arriving and leaving etc) which I think means my 'screen reader' settings are on and I don't want them to be. However, when I'm trying to find how to turn them off it seems to be in the 'accessibility' tab. I can't find one of these, and my settings menu on zoom open in my browser looks different to the examples I've seen online, with no accessibility tab. I've tried to download the latest version thinking I may be working off an old version but the hasn't helped. I'm using a MacBook and opening zoom through safari. Any ideas on how I might find the accessibility tab and stop the audio description?! Many thanks

It's nice to see zoom become the first third party app to support this new feature on iOS however even after selecting it for calls, it does not seem to work. Is it not fully supported yet?
