I am running an Asus Windows 10 compter. I am a trainer and I create customized templates which go along with the training materials.  I cannot get Zoom to allow me to use the personal templates within the breakout rooms and give them functionality.   I have looked for videos but all the videos discuss the whiteboard but nothing about my templates or using personal templates. What must I do to use only personal templates in the breakout rooms?

hey there, not sure if you found a way, what I usually do is create a project where I store all relevant whiteboard templates, and then give access to the users who need to use them (internal users, on the same corporate zoom account). They will then be able to find those whiteboard templates in the breakouts, when needed.
