Setting up a board for a cohost.
I have a meeting scheduled where the cohost would like to setup a whiteboard in advance of the meeting. How do I give them access prior to starting the meeting?

Hi, i open my screen sharing , but I cannot type on it . Its just a white sheet with no possibility to type
Hello. I am using very small whiteboards. When I try to open them in a new window or the Desktop app, they almost always get stuck on the “shortcut tip” screen sometimes for minutes and won’t display the content. Is there a shortcut to dismiss this screen? An option to turn it off for this Board? I am about to share a whiteboard with over 100 users, and I don’t want them to have the same issue (people I had test it out for me did have the issue too).

Hello~
when i sharing new whiteboard with my student,
student can't find drawing pencil bar..
how to solve this?
For the past six months, I had been using whiteboards during meetings. Users were able to post to the whiteboards and interact with it. On Jan 8th, I attempted to use a a whiteboard. The users could view it, but they were unable to interact with it. I had not changed the settings. It has been three weeks now, and users are still not able to use the whiteboard during meetings.

My whiteboard has stopped working in meetings even though it is still enabled. Has anyone had this problem?
I am using the Meeting Agenda Whiteboard Template. I want to make the rectangle below the header (where we see Introduction, Topic 1, Topic 2, Topic 3, Topic 4) longer. Resizing the rectangle only makes the rectangle bigger in all directions. I want to type notes for the meeting agenda items under each topic. If my text expands, does the rectangle automatically elongate? Thank you, Iowa Farmer

Is there a way of moving between the shared whiteboard and a shared powerpoint presentation, WITHOUT going back to the meeting (ie screen of participants) and then having to share the powerpoint presentation again? Eg four slides into a presentation, I want to open up the whiteboard to take some points, and then return to the presentation. But whatever I try to stop the whiteboard, it takes me out of shared screen completely. Is there a way around this?

Is it possible to share the desktop screen while using the whiteboard? Basically, I would like to have members write freely by hand on a whiteboard while looking at documents on the desktop screen, etc. Please let me know if there is a way to do so.
