I use Zoom only for educational purposes, and since the recent update, everything has been a disaster. My students see my whiteboard with a significant delay, making it very difficult for them to follow my explanations because they do not see what I write in real-time on my whiteboard, which appears when I share my screen. They can see graphs with Cartesian axes and other tools that my native whiteboard has. Additionally, I can pause the sharing, and they can perform the operations, then, when I resume the shared screen, they check if they have done it correctly. However, with the native whiteboard, this is not possible. I am suffering a lot with this new update when everything used to work well before. Furthermore, I have students with not very good connections, and since the update, everything has slowed down for them. Webex is a cheaper alternative that does what I need and is exactly what Zoom did just before its absurd update. I don't understand why something that was working well is now performing so poorly. The AI integration is useless to me, and I believe it should be an optional choice, not forced with new loaded and useless versions.

With 5.10.3, Whiteboards are turned on for all users. Is there a way to disable them at the account (web) level? I know they can be turned off in a meeting by unchecking Whiteboards in Security.

Turning it off in In Meeting (Basic) -> Whiteboard (Classic) doesn't do it.

The problem is that anyone can start a Whiteboard, and it hijacks the meeting until someone figures out how to turn it off (uncheck in Security or Stop Participants Sharing in View Options). Since the ad for the feature shows up in every client that updates, someone is sure to do an "OOh, I wonder what this is."

Hello, I am an owner of a paid account and I cannot seem to allow others to collaborate in an existing whiteboard I prepared. I do not have an option for Whiteboard Cloud sharing in my Account Settings.  I've waited a lot of time on this and it's pretty frustrating. Please help!

Is there any way to change the aspect ratio of Stickies on the Zoom Whiteboard? I'm only finding two options: they default to square; If I drag the side of the sticky note, I can make it slightly wider than square. I'm trying to make a tall, harrow sticky, but all attempts to change the aspect ratio with the corner and edge handles wind up making a larger or smaller sticky note, but they remain square.

I'm using Zoom Workplace Version: 6.0.2 (33403), on MacOS.

 I have already a subscription of zoom on pro where i get access to whiteboards also, but is it really neccesary to take white boards subscription also , as I its enough for me to have 2 boards for every meeting. Should i take it or can use it from zoom one pro subscription.

I'm trying to download a PDF or PNG of the whiteboard but those options don't retain the color of the text or any highlighting on the whiteboard. Is there a way to download and maintain the different colors of texts or highlights? The only color it retains is the color of lines.
