I made a payment through credit card for upgrade 100 people's meeting account till now I didn't get my updated account can you help me to solve my query

I have a premier zoom account

The number for someone to call from the Bahamas is not there. Its only there for the toll free numbers which is not part of the Premier zoom account.

Chat notification sound goes to wrong spearker

All my Zoom meeting sounds go through my Headphones, even my new zoom call notification.BUT the New Chat notification goes through my main Laptop speakers. Waking up everyone around me.How to solve this?
