Missing recordings

I just realized that all of my recordings prior to 1/24/23 (including one with my mother on what would be her last Christmas) have disappeared? Any idea how I can find out where they went?

Logging into my account now, all my recordings, and meetings have gone. And I'm told I have no access to the chat... Don't know how to proceed...
