Cannot open the video file recording

I upgraded to the newest version of Zoom and now cannot open the recorded MP4 file. I get the error "The specified procedure could not be found" Help please

Hey all, Every time i join a zoom call and a presenter shares their screen i cannot see it but others can. I have tried the different views and still nothing. It used to work but all of a sudden something has changed - please help!!
